Recently joined Mindspace Premium found it very soothing & Relaxing. I suffer with complicated grief,stress & depression. I have insomnia, and the worry of multiple health issues including heart issues,listening to this beautiful relaxing music helps take my mind of things & helps relieve the stress of the day. I highly recommend Mindspace Music and the beautiful music created by my favourite ambient composer/ musician Rob Hulford,i have every one of his cds thats he's released over the years & love them all. Love all his newer music with Mindspace as well. Thank You Rob for composing such beautiful calming music which really helps when going through stressful times including multiple health worries & with the pain of losing someone close to you,who is deeply loved & missed.

I found Mindspace when I was struggling to switch off at night. I'd be in bed by 10pm but still wide awake at midnight, sometimes 1am, my mind just wouldn't settle.
