Fantastic bookkeeping service.
For over two years Mindspace team are providing fantastic bookkeeping service for our US subsidiary - a multi-channel direct business which is by no mean simple. Using their vast experience in the eCommerce space they were able to build and maintain for us monthly worksheets that fully consolidate our business including woo-commence, stripe, klarna, amazon, multiple bank amounts, non-bank payment services and intercomany transactions. I was so pleased that I introduced them to our accountants in both Israel and the US.

We have been using Mindspace since 2020 for our complex bookkeeping needs. As an international Amazon seller with nearly eight figures in revenue across 11 different markets, we've been very impressed with Mindspace and their ability to quickly and efficiently maintain our Quickbooks. They are responsive, professional, and consistent. They are also capable of following very specific directions to compile data and perform more nuanced journal entries to give us the highest accuracy possible with our reporting. We have used Mindspace for bookkeeping since 2015. I used to spend 10 to 20 hours per month reviewing QuickBooks to make sure everything was correct. Now I spend 1 to 2 hours.
