Mindsparkl Reviews

Very positive experience. Great product.

Received well packaged. Love the sheer color.

Really thin material. I hope it lasts.

I think it’s elegant looking but it takes up more room than I thought, my old one didn’t take ad much space. I’m using it and it’s easier to access things,

Ordered something from them over a week ago and still haven't received anything. Conformation yes, tracking number no. When contacted CS was told it was being prepared, contacted CS again only to be told that they are on vacation now and few employees were left and they would get back to me in 5 days and to be patient. Also was told, sending multiple emails will only confuse them and that confusion might cause further delays. Don't do business with this company.

Great customer service and the efficiency how the purchased was processed expediotiously.

As advertised. Glasses adjust quickly to my eyes. Reasonable price.

The product I ordered, didn't really do what you said it would and when I contacted CS. I was told that since the shipping would be so expensive for me to send it back. I was offered to take a USD amount refund to my credit card and just keep the product. The amount was $10.00 USD less than my refund. You charged me $6.99 for shipping it to me so technically it pretty much even out. That is just the strangest scenario of a return that I have ever had. HA!

I didn't get the over sized glasses plus I only got 2 pairs! Did not receive the pink pair!

Dommage que ce soit en Fahrenheit si vous avez en degrés je serai très satisfait. 🕊

I am 81 with fading eye sight, the writing on the cards is too small for me to read even with glasses.I picked up a hand magnifier to at least get an idea of the layout etc,
The card information is excellent, excellent layout and use of colour; would be great for someone studying health sciences.

I placed order SHPYA12160 on August 23, 2026. The order was supposed to arrive by September 11, but as of September 25 I have NOT received it !
The Shop tracking link provides no tracking information, and my order still says it is being prepared for shipping.
I have contacted Mindsparkl customer service requesting an update and/or refund. I will update this review if the company resolves the issue.

Received my order fast which is great Thank you

The item i received is nothing like what was advertised..it's a cheap piece of crap that does not exfoliate at all.
I feel completely ripped off. Zero stars..dont fall for the commercial..
