Not only did I receive first-rate customer service…

Not only did I receive first-rate customer service, but the operator was personable and actually wrote responses tailored to my situation which demonstrated that they were paying attention and might actually care. Minebit has a decent selection of games and does not include a no-deposit bonus at the moment, but offers several deposit deals that are enticing. As far as casinos go, this one is unique and I enjoy playing here a lot because it feels good, knowing that their service is excellent and even if I lose I'm supporting a good cause!

Dont play in this casino

I was player of this casino, when suddenly withdrawals were delayed I started to google the casino and found out that casino has scammed big players by not paying out winnings. After reading this information and having mine withdrawals also delayed by winning big, I decided to stop playing in this casino.

Stay away from this scam casino which will make tricks for you if you win big money and they will make sure you dont get paid.

Bad experience stay away

Really bad experience from their Customer Support,
Winning giveaway but they're not giving it to the players with a thousand reason.
Turn down the games where the giveaway occur.
Always talking technical issues bla bla bla.....

Stay away if you want your money save, this is purely scam platform, asking you to deposit before claiming the giveaway.

Feels like a scam

Feels like a scam, i deposited $300 and they will make you jump through a million hoops to withdraw your winnings, first they tell you to email them to verify your account then they ask for a million KYCs and then the department will take time to review.

Stay away, one of the worst experiences I've had.

Retroactively cancelled bonuses and confiscated real-money winnings

MineBit repeatedly took back bonuses that had already been fully wagered, either by claiming a "system failure" or by falsely accusing me of violating terms. They never provided any evidence, even after I requested it. Many of their bonuses require large deposits too, so it feels like a trap to get players to deposit with no intention of paying out.

Beyond cancelling bonuses, they also confiscated my real-money winnings. Not honoring real-money bets is probably the biggest red flag for any casino. I definitely do not recommend them.

Great experience so far. VIP bonuses are the best I’ve come across. Only downside, no fiat deposits, but figuring out crypto was an interesting challenge.
