If I could give no stars I would. Paid extra for expedited shipping. Still shows preparing 5 days later, hasn’t even been shipped no one will respond via email. And it’s a back pack for my daughter’s first year at school. She was so excited and she’s beyond sad because her backpack won’t be here for school.
Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. My recent experience with the shop leaves me with no other option than to not buy anything in the future. I ordered about three months ago two t-shirts. One was delivered in a reasonable time, but I'm still expecting the other one. No more answers to a ticket I opened. No refund, no delivery, no nothing! Avoid this shop like a plague!

Horrendous customer service. My phone accidentally autofilled the wrong address so I contacted support immediately. I wrote them several emails, and contacted them directly on their site. The chat bot asked if I would like to talk to a representative, and I said yes, but every time it told me “my case requires extra help” and that I would get an email. It’s been days with zero contact from them. I figured the official Minecraft store would have good customer service, but it’s actually nonexistent. I cannot recommend them.
Products quality..
If you order a bottle from the official website for around 50 euros (including taxes and shipping), you risk receiving a defective product: the entire surface of the bottle was covered in small dents. When I contacted customer support, I was told there was no reason for a replacement. This approach to customer service is baffling: sending a faulty product and then only offering an apology for the unmet expectations – is this the pinnacle of customer care?
As a longtime fan of this game, I placed an order worth 100 euros, expecting quality, not disappointment. Unfortunately, I won't be making any more purchases from this store and wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values quality products.
Minecraft-Shop goes for money
Ive bought a minecraft tourch and it should be delivered from 1st june-5th june 2024. now it was delivered with a broken package and when you are contacting the Minecraftshop via email, they wont answer you back.

I paid taxes whilst purchasing items and the taxes calculated depend on delivery country, 21% in my case. When the package came to country of destination the custom calculated another 21% because taxes were not paid be shop!
I did contact support and they told me that this was sales tax of the state :))) (the sales tax in USA no more than 10%, at least google showing like that)
So I paid tax as well on the tax :)))) Delivery of two kids T-shirts was 18 euro and took more than a month!!! And in the end the final price for two kids t-shirt is 90 euro (100 USD) :)))

I bought a creeper hoodie for my husband for Christmas. I bought him a large, but it fits small. I have contacted their customer service department several times to return it so I can order the right size. No one has bothered getting back to me. I will never purchase from them again.

Order the item on the 5th of December with a delivery time of about 14 days. The item shipped on the 13th of December for no obvious reason and it will arrive after Christmas. Unreliable.

j'ai commandé des t-shirt pour noël pour mon filleule qui est fan de Minecraft. Je paye 12$ de frais de port qui inclues les frais et autres taxes et quand le livreur d'UPS arrive il me demande 18€ en cash!!! sans m'expliquer a quoi cela correspond. Bref j'ai refusé le colis et déposé un litige Paypal.
Ridiculous and random delivery charge
Very disappointed, I will not be shopping here again which is a shame as the products are great, it's the delivery I have a problem with; first of all the two items I ordered got lost and I received an email but they weren't sure when they would arrived which worried me as the two items were Christmas gifts, luckily they arrived soon after which I was pleased with, but when the delivery man came to my door he said he needed to be payed £17.50 IN CASH for shipping. I of course did not have this amount of cash on me as I had not been warned or told anywhere by anyone while shopping online at this store or in any emails that I would need to do this. The fact that I was having to pay some strange delivery man £17 in cash seemed slightly dodgy, he said he'd come back tomorrow with an invoice but overall I am very frustrated that I am now having to pay double the price (was about £20 when I ordered them online, now £40 including the 'import tarrif')
