We spent a long time researching companies before deciding who to trust with our bespoke garden room, as it was really important to us to choose the right people. We are so pleased we chose Miniature Manors – they were absolutely the right choice for us.

Our garden room is being used as both a gym and a storage space, and we couldn't be happier with the finished result. The quality of the workmanship and materials is outstanding, and it's clear that everyone takes great pride in what they do.

Every member of the team, from the initial consultation through to completion, was fantastic. There are too many people to name individually, but everyone was friendly, courteous, hardworking and professional. They worked incredibly hard in all weather conditions, always kept the site clean and tidy, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

They also liaised seamlessly with our garden designers to ensure everything came together perfectly, making the whole process stress-free.

We are absolutely delighted with our new garden room and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Miniature Manors to anyone looking for a high-quality, bespoke garden building. A first-class company from start to finish.

The team at MM did an exceptional job designing and building the space from start to finish. I spoke with several suppliers during the process, but I naturally gravitated towards Richard and the team because of their personable, consultative approach, which gave me real confidence from the outset.

They carried out a thorough on-site review and identified practical considerations that other suppliers had completely missed. The build team were professional throughout, worked to a very high standard, and delivered a finished room that genuinely exceeded expectations in both quality and finish.

Miniature Manors have just built us a 3m x 3m garden room that is superb. Right from the first site survey meeting, we were impressed by their professional attitude and attention to detail.
The guys that did the building all had the same positive "can do" attitude and seemed to love working for this company, which gave us confidence that they would do a good job. And they did. Top Marks.

Everything was so well managed from the first meeting to conclusion. The people doing the construction were all polite, helpful, extremely tidy and hard workers. Sean and Orla were always helpful and stayed in communication throughout.
The finished product looks fab and is exactly what we wanted.

A brilliant experience from start to finish… when Richard first visited us we had an idea in our minds of what we wanted to archive. Richard made some suggestions as to how we could improve our design which incorporated remodelling our existing shed. This allowed us to retain much needed storage and also meant our garden room was much bigger and more useable. The team actually building the garden room were fabulous - very polite and friendly, incredibly hard working and left the garden very tidy at the end of each day. The build team are absolute pros at this - true carpenters. We are very impressed and very happy with our cabin!

I did a lot of research into garden office spaces before I decided on Miniature Manors. I wanted a local company that had a great reputation and lots of inspiration as I knew it would be an investment for the future. I wanted a space to use as an office but also a place to chill...and I had no idea where to start! But, from the initial consultation with Richard, to the very last day of the build with Sean and Jacob, it has been seamless. I've never known a team work so hard, so quickly and be so punctual and kind and friendly too. It was honestly a great experience from start to finish and the new office has transformed the way I work. I'm just so glad I got it done! Would highly recommend!!

We are very impressed by the well-coordinated work carried out by the Miniature Manors team. A beautifully crafted garden room was installed with great precision and expertise.
Enthusiasm, skill, attention to detail and pride in work was in evidence throughout the project. The materials arrived on time and we received regular updates. Miniature Manors have built two Garden Studios for me (we moved house a couple of years after the first one was built). I had no hesitation in asking them back to build the second one. Finding good tradespeople is challenging, but our experience with Minature Manors exceeded expectations. Excellent service throughout, with follow-up and discussion—all the team on site worked hard through the process to deliver a quality contemporary build with great attention to detail. After looking through many garden room companies, They are local and honest in their guidance, delivering design renders, and provided excellent advice throughout. We are delighted with the finish and the bespoke design and all within agreed budget and delivered in less than 4 weeks. We would highly recommend them for a garden room project.

First contact with Richard was helpful and he had good knowledge of the product. Site visit cemented what we needed and a start date was set.
What I liked about the process was the amount of guys working on it, how nice they all were, and how quickly they worked.
Richard said it would take 3 weeks and it was completed in 3 weeks.
Snagging was done efficiently, and at all times communication was good with on-site manager and off-site staff.
The whole build was stress free and the end product is brilliant and good quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend miniature manors to other people.

Our studio build was a truly excellent experience. Wonderful cheerful and tidy team - nothing was too much trouble and they have a wonderful eye for detail and creative suggestions too. Our building has changed the way we live for the better. I thoroughly recommend them!

From day 1 I had a great experience with the team at Miniature Manors, had a 3d virtual model put together which really helped imagine how the building would look in the garden. Then on booking in the work, they started on time (actually a little early which was nice) and delivered the finished product ahead of schedule. Then a few smaller items weren't up to their standards so they came back to fix all the little items without me having to ask. Everyone who came to work on the building were very friendly and courteous. Thanks for the great work

Very professional team built our Garden office/store room. The standard of workmanship and knowledge this company has only comes from years of experience and a desire to build a top class product. We are delighted with the finished result.

We loved working with Miniature Manors. They helped us with everything: council permissions, an easy place to hang guitars (no stud finder needed!), building in a ventilation fan we’d bought, touch ups after the build, and having an amazing crew. It took three weeks and we have a gorgeous garden office now. We couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend!
