I ordered a custom couple with dog figurines. The work on these are excellent, with the clothes and stance spot on. The faces look very much like me and my fiancé and we are delighted with them. Would highly recommend.

We were really pleased with our wedding cake topper and had so many compliments about how much it looked like us. The flexibility during the process was really good and we were pleased with the dedication shown to ensuring we were happy with the outcome. It was much bigger than expected which was a pleasant surprise, it exceeded our expectations.

I ordered the figure for my nephew's 40th birthday and was delighted with the results. The process was clear and simple and John kept in regular contact throughout. There were several opportunities to review the figure and make changes before receiving the final product.

We really loved our cake topper and the final product was spot on and very life like to us. Unfortunately it didn’t get to us in time for our wedding. It was 4 days late. We were really disappointed as we had given the date of our wedding and were confident there was enough time and not encouraged to take the rush service so was happy it would turn up on time.
It’s still lovely to have, just such a shame it wasn’t there for our special day.

We ordered a custom made cake topper from Minify me and dealt with John from start to finish. The whole process from start to finish was easy, well explained and stress free.

We were regularly updated by email and sent photographs showing progress, seeking approval at every stage of the process allowing us to make any changes as required. When changes had to be made this was done without any issue.

We have now received our cake topper and to say that we are over the moon is an understatement. It has surpassed both of our expectations.

Thank you so much to John and his team for creating such a wonderful keepsake for us. We cannot wait for our wedding day when people will see it.

I ordered a personalised cake topper from Minify Me UK as a surprise for my husband Paul for our wedding cake for our wedding on 4th July 2021.
John Horton and the team were so professional and easy to work with. I just sketched out the exact design and specifications I wanted and sent photos of all the details and elements I wanted included and they totally delivered! 🥰
So thank you so much John and all of your team. We are absolutely delighted with our Cake topper and it was lovely to have our two big dogs at our wedding in some way. It's a beautiful keepsake we can keep forever. 🥰💗🙏 we had a bit of a panic about it being delivered on time to Northern Ireland and a bit of a hold up with customs but it made it in the end and that's all that matters 🥰 Despite it being so well wrapped and at no fault of the company the box was a little damaged after being roughly handled through the post and a few pieces needed glued back on but this was no problem at all with a touch of gorilla glue it was 100% and wasn't even noticed by anyone other than me. Would still highly recommend this company for any type of customised cake topper you need for any occasion as they are so worth the wait and the money 🥰 something extra special to add to the top of your cake you can cherish for life 🥰 would definitely purchase again!

Ordered 30th May came 6th July, could not ask for better.
John sent draft of heads to confirm. Then drafts of bodies to confirm, then draft of final piece, so you are fully aware of what you ordered.
We asked for a few alterations that was done with no hassle.

Will be back again, so if this is the kind of thing you are after, you will not get a better service elsewhere.

Excellent service. My topper has a slight issue with a broken hand that had occurred during transit and John sorted out all out for me promptly. The topper itself is well made and will look wonderful on the cake.

The item arrived from China, the colours were wrong and arrived after our wedding even though the dates were made clear from the start of the order. I was told there was shipping issues and when I asked for a refund I was told no! Don't buy, terrible service and poor quality product.
