Amazon dropped the ball on an order for our customer who had no heat or air. We called MiniSplits4Less and they were very helpful, got a unit out the door to us in 2 days and we were able to complete the install before the weekend heatwave for the customer. Will only order directly from MS4L from now on! Thanks!

Best customer response to my many questions coupled with the best pricing that I could find. I know now that I do not need to shop around to so many sies to find the best price coupled with both technicians and sales personnel that answer questions without always trying to close a quick sale.

The Bravo is as quiet as advertised
The Bravo is as quiet as advertised. Heats our 750 sqare foot space up well.
It keeps meet out in the shop as long as I want without running the propane heaters. Never mind the endless runs for propane refills!! I love my new Bravo 24k MiniSplit!!

Excellent Units, Fabulous Service
Very prompt shipping.. and these are excellent units. We previously installed one in another room. They are very reliable, energy efficient, quiet and they do a great job heating and cooling.

Quality mini-split
Staff provided us with the information needed to purchase the correct unit for our basement. The unit was delivered in a week after placing the order. The installation was pretty straight forward and has been operating as advertised.
