We’re sorry to hear about the experience with ParcelForce/Royal Mail. During peak periods like Black Friday and the run-up to Christmas, slight delays can unfortunately happen across many couriers.
We’ve also received insight from our local depot that staff shortages, especially following the recent changes in Royal Mail’s ownership, are contributing to slower processing times.
That said, based on our overall experience, Royal Mail remains one of the more reliable carriers compared to others such as Evri.
We understand how frustrating these delays can be and want to assure you that we are monitoring the situation closely. If the issue becomes more frequent, we will consider alternative shipping options to provide a smoother experience for our customers.

Is it a legit store? Yes it is!
I was skeptical about buying from a store which doesn't have a shop front. I reached out to them via email and they reassured me by pointing me towards thier social media. i appreciated it and it reassured me on my purchase. I managed to find a hard to get item which was cheaper from the UK then Japan. Great item, very impressed with the quick delivery too. I will certainly buy again.

Super fast service
I ordered something at about 8pm on a Saturday and it was ready for dispatch with Royal Mail a couple hours later. Was buzzing! Item exactly as delivered as always.
