Anders was excellent and careful through all the process of our purchase, always available, answering our questions, taking our side, and finding what was best for us. I would definitely recommend his service.

We worked with Anders from Minkøbermægler.dk on our first buy in Denmark. He provided all information we need and helped us through the process smoothly. Documents were reviewed thoroughly, concerns were highlighted and brought to the table so we can make a better deal. Definitely recommend.

I used Anders as my legal advisor while buying an apartment, and I am extremely satisfied with his services.

He is very friendly, easy to reach, and always quick to respond to questions. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the way he carefully reviewed all documents, making sure everything was clear and in my best interest.

The whole process felt much smoother and more secure with him by my side. I can highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a professional and reliable buyer’s advisor.

Anders supported us as our buyer’s agent during a property purchase in Copenhagen last summer, and his involvement made a huge difference throughout what was, at times, a challenging process.

From start to finish, Anders was professional, calm, and highly committed to representing our interests. The most reassuring part of the journey was knowing we had someone experienced and dependable in our corner, especially when interactions with the other side were not always straightforward.

His tenacity, balanced judgement, and constructive mindset stood out, as did his ability to remain composed and solutions-oriented at all times. His modesty and work ethic - simply rare traits these days!

We would be more than happy to recommend Anders to others looking to buy property in the Copenhagen area, and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again.

Anders is a very friendly and helpful professional. He guided us through every step of buying our house and kept us updated about everything we needed to know. Even though it was our first time dealing with these matters, we were not stressed at all, as he made everything clear from the very beginning and throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Anders if you want an informative, smooth, and stress-free experience when buying your next home.

Professionel og god håndtering

I reached out to Anders when I started looking for an apartment to buy and honestly I am very grateful I did!

As a foreigner living in Copenhagen, I was a bit overwhelmed by all the things to consider when buying property in Denmark, let alone the legal aspects of it. Anders supported me throughout the entire process, from the very beginning looking at listings together, considering pros&cons, and potential risks, to price negotiation with the real estate agency, checking all legal documents and closing the deal.

He’s extremely professional and skilled, yet easy to talk to and flexible. I felt I was in really good hands during every step of the process and I am extremely happy with the result! I highly recommend collaborating with Anders for sharp advice and an overall great support!

Anders has been very prompt and really helpful so we recommend his services to anyone looking into buying a property.
His good team made the process feel smooth for us, with no pressure felt on our side, thus we are grateful to have found him and collaborate with him.

Stor anbefaling herfra!

I found Anders / Min Købermægler a few years ago, when I first started looking for homes. He provided excellent advice and service back then, so this year, when I finally found a listing in my budget and dream location, I did not hesitate for a moment in hiring Anders to represent me.

Throughout the entire process, Anders was very communicative and proactive, ensuring that I was well aware of the steps, potentially stumbling blocks, and my responsibilities. He was highly flexible to work around my schedule and brought the required responsiveness to close the deal. This was particularly important for me, as I was traveling and unable to always get a hold of the seller's agent when I needed to. Even when I needed additional advice or guidance, Anders was willing and happy to connect me or arrange professional reviews of the apartment, financing, and so much more.

I have now lived in my new apartment for half a year and continue to be grateful for the service and support that Anders / Min Købermægler offered in helping me to secure it. I highly recommend him and will be sure to hire him again for my next place.

Moving to a new country is always a challenge and this we also purchased a house instead of renting first. During these times you need people on the ground that have the local knowledge, expertise and passion to help you on the journey. Anders, the owner of Minkobermaegler has been amazing throughout the whole process and we would always recommend him.

God service.
5 stjerner her fra

I found Anders to be a knowledgeable professional about the real estate and he established a clear communication with me & my husband about the process of buying a house in Denmark. He was quick to respond to our queries. I found out about Anders from Facebook as a lot of Expats had recommended him and I am very happy that those recommendations were true. Me & my husband are very happy and satisfied with the help Anders provided to purchase our house. I would definitely recommend him to all the Expats who want to purchase a property in Denmark.

Fantastisk oplevelse.
