The quality and size of the frame where less than would be expected for the price

Terrible customer service.
The wrong glasses were delivered, and when I reported the mix-up, I was repeatedly told I received exactly what I ordered, which was incorrect. Rather than take responsibility, the issue was dismissed.
It took several days to retrieve the wrong item and process my refund. Frustrating, inefficient, and highly unprofessional.

The glasses came in wonky, like they had been handled poorly.

Communicate could've been better if timely. Aside from that love it.

I like that my lenses are transition and have blue light protection.
However, the communication wasn't great when it came to receiving my glasses. I had to follow-up with them before I was told when I could pick the glasses up. Organising a time to pick the glasses up and actually picking them up was also frustrating, My glasses and the pouch I provided came back dirty too, although I wonder if the "dirt" on the glasses was from a liquid lens cleaner.

The customer service is top notch and I love my glasses.

I like the frames but it would be better to be honest when billing people for stuff you can is 'in the box' but isnt. First off I didn't know the glasses came with a clip on shades frames. While this may be cool for people who use it for fashion purposes but it's not suitable for some like me who has myopia, it's just double expenses, it would have made sense if this was stated on the description of the glasses. Second on the list it state the box contains a case and screws, I didn't get any. If I am paying for the whole package, I would expect to get the whole package. I got a screwdriver instead, if this was the 'srcrew' then it better to communicate this clearly. Nevertheless it's still a beautiful frame, I just feel I paid for so much and got less than what I paid for hence the low review

Well packaged, glasses were exactly as pictured, came with a cleaning cloth, a medium shell case, a cloth case, and the rope thingy. Sturdy quality looking frames and they are unique - I love that about them. Delivery took a week.

I love my glasses firm and comfortable on the eye, I also like that the lens can be customized to fit your everyday needs.

The timely delivery and prompt communication were top-notch.

From my first interaction to me unboxing my glasses, the entire experience with Mint was really good.
