Ordered a "very good" phone and didn't even get a charging cable included.

It was easy to compare devices and prices were reasonable. Phone came quickly in the post and is working well so far.

Fast and friendly service. Speedy delivery too. The devices are in great condition. Adam is great in person too.

I have used Mint + on three occasions and honestly having previously used other companies I would never go elsewhere again. They are what they say on he tin. Great product. Great service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My 12 year old daughter saved €289 by herself to buy a 'very good' condition iPhone. Bought in August, gave up in Feb and company using every excuse to get out of warranty. There was some damage to the back of the phone which the repair shop told us wouldn't have contributed to the problem that caused the phone to die. Quoted over €400 to replace the phone along with giving them the phone so they can rip someone else off. Or 600 euro plus to fix it. And to add insult to injury had to pay €10 to send it to their 'sister company' to be checked to see if it could be repaired or replaced. Bunch of scammers taking advantage of children. Avoid like the plague.

Spent almost 400 euro on a phone and it comes with no charging lead! Very disappointed child at Christmas

This was my first experience purchasing a refurbished phone and I would not recommend buying from Mint.ie The phone shut down after one week of receiving it and it would not turn back on. I emailed mintplus.ie and have not received a reply. I had to go to a local shop and buy another phone. I would recommend buying local if you are buying a used phone. Do not buy from Mint.ie

I bought an iPhone XR yesterday and it came Today I am really happy with the delivery time. The phone came and I was really happy with the quality of the phone it came with 92% battery life which is good, I was a bit upset that it didn’t come with a charger but overall a great experience from them and would buy from them again

Very poor customer service. Unable to provide assistance over the phone.
Two phones purchased from this company have been faulty, on both occasions they are unable to send out a replacement, leaving you to purchase a new phone, send the old one back for refund, leaving you out of pocket and without a phone for days.
Very unhelpful. Would not buy a second hand phone again from here.
