One of the items I recently bought from this company developed a fault. I sent an email to "MiraMate Support" and received a reply from Kally almost immediately. She went on to resolve the issue without question or delay. I have contacted "Spooky2 Support" on previous occasions, seeking general advice. Their customer service has always been exceptional. Other companies would do well to follow their example.

I have experienced excellent customer service from Leo at the help desk during my ordering process of the Magic Pro and Mini Magic Kit. I had a number of questions and he always answered in a friendly and helpful way. As I am waiting for the items to be delivered I can't comment on using them yet.

Lisa helped us today when we were having trouble with our Mini Magic. She was very pleasant and went above and beyond to help resolve our problem. Their customer service is always top notch. I can’t recommend this company and their products enough!

Honestly the best service i have received in a long time. Judge for yourself: i got the option to choose a factory item for less cost. To ensure me reliability, they sent new (extra) accessories without me asking or even worrying. Just their own professionalism and service. I remember this even years ago when i bought the first time. Long time now but in glad I'm back! Revolutionary pemf for bone growth, hair growth and even traumatic brain injuries (the same frequency and specifications in studies, as the magic mini used. ) so that was a glad surprise. I will be using it for many purposes is what I'm trying to say and it makes it so worth it. At least for me. Will evaluate the effects+10 weeks when you clinically have the most changes that. But i think i will feel relief after just 2 weeks. Hoping. I have great hope in the item and general. Thanks for everything

Increased knee bending with mini
Last week I received the large mat and the mini. A friend has an injured knee that doesn't bend much past 90 degrees, so he has to turn slightly sideways to go down steps. We used the mini on both sides of his knee for 15 minutes and afterwards he could walk down steps normally!!!

Sept 27th Update: 2 months later he still has the increased range of motion and decreased pain.

So the company is gray with communication and the product is great with healing.

I have the mini-magic and quad coils… this was the game changer in my journey to heal an old knee injury that was becoming chronic problem.

I tried many things (nutrition, energy healing, cupping, acupuncture, physical therapy, other rehab protocols, ice). Some contributed (especially PT and the ongoing strength training with good form)

And the mini-magic was what made the principle difference! It brought me 90-95% of the way back.

I wore it whenever there was time and it felt needed…

And after a month or so of continuous use, the need for this product dropped off considerably since the healing had occurred.

Now I use this when other pains or injuries begin to show up. It’s one of my initial resources.

It saved my back after I over-exerted myself. It is helping my piriformis recover from over use…

It’s amazing the versatility and reliability of the device.

There’s some minor cosmetic adjustments I would hope future versions of the mini-magic have, like more durability of the connection between cable and paddle. And a built-in battery would be a game changer!

But it’s amazing and the price is incomparable to anything else I saw out there…

I also got creative with using elastic Velcro bands to strap to my leg that were more comfortable than the band that came with the mini-magic, but the pros so out weigh the cons.

I wish more people were aware of this technology.

I share it with anyone open to hearing about cutting edge healing.

So grateful for how MiraMate has helped me heal!

Truly, after 2 years of frustration with how limited I was in my mobility (formerly very active), being close to back where I was before feels like a miracle… though in reality, it’s the right attitude, perseverance, and finding help in the healing process.

Help finding a training video

I had a problem with a power socket that was broken and I got the most amazing support! Vicky Wang at Support took me through trying to mend it myself (with the offer to send it off to Germany/France as well!). When I could not mend it supervised by their engineer, they chose to send me a new unit free of charge. VERY friendly, competent and willing support indeed!

I had an issue with my coils, about a month in. They stopped working. I emailed support, sent a video, and after a quick review, support sent me a replacement. They even added a small gift (fancy USB cable). Excellent service! And I'm back up and using my device.

I had questions about Mini Magic and Vicky Wang help me to solve it, it took more than a few e-mails but Vicky was very patient and very helpful and resourceful in giving me information that I was not aware of about the product. I am very happy with the help I received and very impressed with Vicky for her polite, intelligent responses to my questions. I was left with wanting to try more of their products.

I just start to use Mini Magic and I am satisfied 🙂, good for my arm's injuries and just need more time to check if it will be the same with my skin problems...

Vicki was very helpful and compassionate. I had a problem with my Magic Pro mat and she was very diligent in following up with me, taking my experiences to their engineer to evaluate, etc. The whole process took awhile, but in the end I received a new unit since mine was under warranty. The healing received from this pemf device is wonderful and I highly recommend it.

I was very excited to receive my mat as I have a good friend who says it has totally taken away her pain.
When I received it, it wasn't working properly and I contacted customer service. They were very prompt and helped me to return it. They were willing to replace it with one that worked however, I learned that because I have too much metal in my body from surgeries that it would not be good for me to use this mat.
I was able to get a full refund in a timely fashion.
I believe this is a reputable company and that their products are good and effective.

I have virtually all the amazing Products in MIRAMAT and SPOOKY 2, I am writing about my PEMFPRO mat with using RIFE FREQUENCIES through the coil. My little dog is 15 yrs she sleeps also on the mat with me. She had blood tests last week at Vet who said he had never seen such PERFECT BLOOD RESULTS in any dog - he called her INCREDIBLE. She is. I took the opportunity to inform him re the RIFE FREQUENCIES and the technology carried forward b y JOHN WHITE. I hope others get the same help as CC my dog. I am going to have my bloods done next week - fingers crossed!!!!!!

I can't say enough about these products and the A1 Customer Service!!! You cannot go wrong with this company, and everything I have bought does exactly what they say it does and more!!! Very well made products and you can't beat the price, for the Quality.

My Mini Magic MiraMate had problems the first time I used it. They worked with me for days via FB personal messaging trying to solve the problem. Finally, they agreed it was not working correctly. I'm receiving a new one this Friday. Excellent customer service.
