Great products and prompt responses from support when I had questions. If only US companies were this good.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing excellent customer service provided by Laura Tao, and I couldn't be more impressed. What truly set Laura apart was her deep product knowledge. I have the miramate big magic I’ve used it for a few months and haven’t noticed a thing. I’ve tried to sell it cause it’s just not working for me and it’s impossible to sell. People expect me to take 75% off the purchase price. This thing is a very expensive useless piece of garbage. I’ve tried other pemf and there is a sizeable different in them. Don’t waste ur money on this products. A lot of other ppl say the same but u get banned from the fb groups for saying anything controversial about these products. Don’t fall for there highly rated bs. It’s basically a very expensive door mat.

I purchased the Miramate a while ago and was very impressed with it. It was coming up to a year and I noticed that I was unable to charge it.
I contacted the team at Miramate and they were very helpful in trying to resolve the problem. When we were unable to that automatically recommended sending a replacement.
I was impressed with the promptness and great customer service I was given.

I get reply the next day every time I raise questions. It has very good service and completely satisfy my needs.

I wanted to purchase some LED items from what i thought was Miramate and got in a muddle with logging in, so was on the Miramate chat line with both Anna and Kelly and I didn't realise that MiramateLight was a different company and I was on a Miramate chat line telling Kelly that I couldn't log in and of course I should have been on the MiramateLight chat line, so I gave them so many problems and by the time Kelly took over, I was so muddled, she was so patient and helpful, they never make you feel stupid, always so kind, they and their products are outstanding.

Firstly I wish to thank the company, Spooky2 for sending a second replacement item in place of the one that was handled so carelessly by the Fed EX delivery driver and subsequently stolen from my mail box. Spooky2 was not responsible for the loss what so ever, so this replacement mailing was generous of them. Secondly I would like to thank particularly Kally Yeo from the Spooky2 Support Team for her continued help and assistance in following up all the details of the delivery mess up from beginning right up to the end with a successful remailing of my original order. She was quick to return replies to all my emails and was a pleasure to be working with from my first email until we got an answer from the delivery company and then sorting out the replacement order to arrive to me in just a few days. Job well done Kally with your always reassuring and friendly manner. A great result from a troublesome delivery mess up not, of Spooky2's making, my best wishes to Kally and her team. .

I want to let the people who buy and are about to buy the wonderful miramate products are in good hands. Especially customer service (by the person of Anna) who helped me out when my big magic did not work the way it should be. By asking the right questions and asking for short videos how I installed the device. They found out that the main device wasn't working properly. Within a week I received a new one. And now everything works fine. I am happy to have this wonderful machine and mat and use it every day. My friends experience excellent results. I want to thank Anna for her professional and kind help.

Laura Tao has been an exceptional support to me. She has helped me to get more benefit with my Spooky 2 experience by helping me learn specific ways to use the programs for my personal needs. There is so much that can be accomplished with Spooky 2 that the novice is at a loss to find initially. Having the support of Laura has been a great bonus.

Big thanks to MiraMate for great products and to Zoey for answering my questions on the use of Majic Pro and Mindful Audio. My body likes resting on the mattress, I have spent three nights on it so far with the first healing program, but I already feel its positive impact.

Every time I chat with someone from Spooky2/Miramate, I am always impressed with their professionalism and willingness to do everything to make my requests a pleasant experience.
