I bought two pairs of Miramonti loafers for my husband. He loved them. Super soft and comfortable. Shipping takes a little bit, but shoes are handmade to order so that's normal. Definitely a top class brand.

The return policy is hidden and no way to access on website. When returning here is that they send you.

Option 1 (strongly recommended, less expensive) You can keep the current loafers, and order 3 new pairs with a personal special code BUY 1 GET 2 FREE that we have just created for you (MICHAEL2) - basically paying only for materials and shipping costs.

- Option 2 is to return them to our facility in Italy. We will send three pairs in the new size of your choice once we receive and inspect the goods. Keep in mind that, as stated on our Return Policy, return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer. However, we will indeed assist you to get the most affordable option for the return shipment.

What a great new brand. Customer service was ready to provide all the updates I needed during the shipping process, especially at the beginning when package was not moving. The shoes are luxurious, similar to the top Italian brands. Will definitely buy more!

These loafers are beautiful and made so well. The suede is softer than shoes I have priced 5 times as much. Will get more colors in the future 100%.

I recently got three pairs of casual loafers from Miramonti, with their buy 2 get 1 free offer.

THE GOOD: shoes are definitely well made, real leather, soft rubber sole, precise stitching and colors look like they are on the website photos.
THE BAD: shipping was slower than expected. After 7 days without tracking movement I emailed the customer support asking for updates and they replied saying the shoes are handmade to order and that they were receiving too many orders to keep up.

I didn’t cancel since I was in no hurry and ended up loving the shoes, but I definitely suggest getting the logistics delays sorted out.

seems like a china originated fraud. shoes never shipped. the description clearly suggested that the shoes are made in italy, but this seems to be some chinese operation. The same customer service rep named "Alberto" is referenced in multiple customer service emails from other users too. The joke is on me.

I got a pair of loafers in dark blue for my partner and he literally can't stop wearing them. Amazing quality, softer and comfier than a pair of Cucinelli loafers we own.

Alberto from customer service is beyond great. Slight hiccup with my first order, but he resolved everything professionally and the quality of the shoes are amazing. Really a big fan!

I gifted my husband 3 pair of shoes that were beautiful quality but unfortunately did not fit his high instep. The USA and Italian Post Office took ages to return them. Alberto at Miramonti Customer service was a wonderful help with resolving those tracking issues and finally crediting my Account !

Just received my pair of these loafers in the Dune color. I can't speak to the longevity of them, as they just got here, but first impressions are great. I actually ordered four pairs of these style loafers at different prices and these are literally the same quality as shoes 3 times the price. I ended up keeping these and returning the others.

I am still waiting for my order after 14 days with no delivery update except shipped….from China! The Miramonti brand explicitly says all shoes are handcrafted in Italy! Where do they get off doing this bait-and-switch?

The shoes are very high quality, super comfortable and light. Customer Service will take care of everything regarding shipping updates status, like in my case.

I received the shoes after about 12 days and they look great! They come in a really nice box with a branded dust bag. Definitely a great experience for this price!

Poor quality and a lack of customer service.. portraying the company as Italian but everything is made in China.. when I wrote to them, they only replied that want me to mail them back to China Then after they take a look to see if I wore them - didn’t ..they might refund the money minus the duties they claimed they have to pay on items shipped from the USA… the quality looked so cheap on opening the box I immediately knew I was being scammed. The leather looks synthetic and glued to a rubber sole. They portray the quality equal to a $980 Italian loafer. I’m supposed to pay $70 shipping fee to return the shoes which I will probably never hear back about…

Great quality shoes at a crazy affordable price. I have a pair from LP but I honestly don't see much difference in terms of the look and feel of the suede or the sole.
