Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. In August, I placed an order for a purse liner. I immediately realized it was the wrong size and tried to cancel the order. They didn’t let me cancel! They said it had to be shipped and then I would have to return it. It was the same day, not more than 30 minutes after ordering. When it was delivered, I was lazy and just threw it away and will NEVER order from them again. Warning to all! If you’re not completely sure of the product when ordering, don’t buy from Miravique, because you may certainly regret it.
This website is a scam that ships crap from china with no return policy
The items that you order from this website come from China. It will take at least two weeks+ to get to you, and there is no tracking information provided. When your item does show up, it will likely be low quality. I went to return my item, and they said that I will have to pay return shipping and customs. This is NOT shown on the return policy on their website. I went to UPS to get a quote and they quoted me around $150 for the size of my parcel. So, no, they do not have a return policy. That return price doesn't make the return make sense. But don't worry about trying to order from them anyway, because conveniently, ever since my order was placed, they are having "website difficulty" and their website doesn't even exist anymore. I'm guessing this scam business is finally shutting down. My order number was:#MV473369 on December 5, 2025.
Company is a scam, do not buy
My product supposedly left New Jersey 15 days ago, for delivery to Manhattan. At some point in the past week, the tracking link broke and will not load. The company is a scam, avoid at all costs. Still trying to get a refund.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam. I didn't do any research before purchasing for black friday and I received my item today and it came from China and is 100% fake. The item I ordered was a set of utensils by SABRE Paris. I tried emailing and the email bounces back and their website is now shut down!

I was scammed
I was scammed. I ordered 2 urn fillers. I recd a fee clippings from a tree. They are not refunding my money at this point.

Terrible customer service. I bought an item and it was not as expected (sand blaster attachment for a pressure washer and did not have the 1/4" quick connect it showed in pictures). I have been calling and emailing for 2 weeks with no response

Order MV468446. I ordered a glass pitcher which took weeks to arrive. When it finally did, it was so ridiculously packaged with a thin layer of small bubble wrap and in a soft envelope. Needless to say, it was shattered. Multiple attempts have been made to request and be granted a refund, but to no avail, per their website. Beware of this company.

Buyers Beware
My expensive dish rack came damaged, with the base and a wire being cracked off and broken. After seeing the quality and how thin the wires are I decided that I didn't want the item replaced but wanted a full refund. I have had 10 e-mail exchanges with Miravique and they are saying they can’t give a full refund, but it went from an offer of 50 to 75 %. I am having to barter with them over a broken item. They stated, “We have reviewed your request, and while we do acknowledge the damage to the item, our current policy is to issue a 50% refund due to the extent of the damage being less than expected for a full refund.” What does that even mean? It is broken in 2 places! Very disappointing quality and customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

PURCHASED A CLOCK ONLINE. IT CAME UNASSEMBLED WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS. THE COMPANY CLAIMES TO HAVE A FAIR RETURN POLICY. THEY OFFED ME A 22.50 CREDIT ON A $150.. CLOCK THAT HAS NEVER WORKED.

I ordered a waste bin back in September. I had a tracking number that showed the truck just dropped off the face of the earth. I was told several times, “ they were so sorry” and would look into it. I still don’t have my product. I requested a refund also. I also called. No response.

Speedy response to broken clock
The clock I ordered arrived in the mail broken and I took a photo of it and sent it to Customer Service and they resolved it very quickly by sending me a new clock! Very impressed.

Less than ideal experience
Less than ideal experience. This company gave me the run around for a month. I did receive a full refund finally so I am charging my initial one star review. I ordered a " matte gold" vanity mirror and received a bright shiny gold one which looks so cheap and it took way too long. I initiated a return and they kept sending me multiple messages saying I should keep the item and they will refund 25% of the total amount. Their responses were terribly slow - almost 3 to 4 days for each response. But ultimately after explaining how misled I was and many back and forth they did honor the return policy. So just double check as soon as you receive your product.
Product quality - fulfillment - and communication.
My experience was what most reviewers are saying . . . that I was unhappy with my experience overall. The initial delivery time was long with no updates on my orders.
The product was supposed to be "water-proof" , but upon use, it leaked and then rusted. When I returned the product for a replacement, they shipped me an entirely "wrong" product.
They only good experience was the online customer support person, Lyn. Although the entire process resulted in a monetary reimbursement, it took two (2) months from beginning to end. I don't think I would have received a refund if it had no been for Lyn's help.

Ordered shower no drill shampoo holder. Very cheap and poor quality item. So light and flimsy aluminum. Was bent on arrival. Partly due to extremely poor quality. Terrible product. Would return, but suspect that may not go well. Shipped from China. Hope this helps others

don’t be fooled by the Wyoming address! I bought Glass pictures and they are very flimsy. I wanted to return them. I’m supposed to send them back to China.🙃
As of yet, they haven’t said they would just issue me a refund. Their response was just send them back. I would not deal with them again especially because the product was so lightweight and cheap.

Ordered July 28th 2025 no update and still no package, no tracking updates, response time is 3 days later and still nothing substantial to tell me I have a package on the way , but this company has my money.
