If I could leave 0 stars I would! Awful experience. A complete scam, which I can’t believe I fell for! Tracking becomes available to make it look real and rather than a lovely, comfortable chair I received a small green charm today! Fortunately HSBC refunded me in around 10 mins. It’s impossible to contact the company, emails don’t deliver.

Please do not order from here. I ordered a ‘chair.’ I asked to cancel and was told I’d get a refund that never happened. The delivery came and the ‘chair’ is a charm thing smaller than a penny! It’s a scam, do not order from here. I have likely lost my money now. Please do not fall for it.

Complete scam. If I could mark this as -100, I would. I ordered an outside chair and they sent a tiny cheap jewellery accessory from JD.com (a Chinese shop website, not the UK JD Sports).

Reported the bank as a scam. Do not order anything from them. It was a silly mistake to not check Trust Pilot in the first place.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased. I ordered the glider chairs and have recieved cheap junk charms. The email returns unknown address and phone doesn't get answered. Ive reported to my bank but doubt I will get my money back. I hope this review stops someone else losing money

Scam! Delivered today 2 small beads instead of the chairs, will be raising with my bank, luckily paid on credit card with Google pay so they dont have my details!! Avoid! If you think its too good to be true trust your gut!

SCAMMERS!!!.... paid for two outdoor chairs received a tiny bracelet charm...emails bounce back ..awful scam. Couldn't give zero stars which is annoying

Same got yesterday 2 tiny items and called bank today to report as scam. I also saw on TikTok never been scammed before and I am fuming as I just wanted bloody chairs.

Scammed. Paid for a rocking garden chair and they sent me a single tiny bracelet charm. Absolutely fuming that this website is constantly advertised on TikTok and it’s not even a verified company.

Echoing the reviews that have already been left. SCAM!! AVOID!!

I ordered two glider chairs, clicked on a link that I’d seen on TikTok, the site looked very legit, I had no reason not to trust that my order would arrive.
After approx a 6 weeks wait, my order has been delivered, the parcel contained two very small green crosses that you’d put on a bracelet!!
So disappointed, as I’d ordered for my disabled children! 😡
I’ve tried to contact, no answer, now had to raise the dispute with my bank!
Avoid at all costs!! Scam!!

Ordered through tick-tock taken money and nothing. My emails get sent back by postmaster. Feeling really stressed. You can’t trust anything online. They are mostly all scammers

Tried to email company it got bounced back email doesn’t exist.

Ordered a glider chair, they took my money but item never arrived, tracking was fake didn’t link to anything, wasn’t able to contact anyone at the company either phone rang and rang with no answer or email bounced back as does not exist. No having to go through my bank to get my money back, dreadful company.

Scam artists. They don't have a working email address or phone number and you can't track products.

Ordered two garden chairs recieved two cross charms. I have called them and emailed not answer or emails bounce back.

Awful company. Avoid at all costs. Purchased 1 chair. They charged me twice. I requested a refund on the same day as i had no faith in the order. I was assured that my refund would be recieved with 10 business days. I still have not recieved my refund. Not only that they have blocked my emsil from contacting their customer services. Im now not sure if this company is legitimate or another online scam. Avoid and save a headache. They use ticktok and online.

Me han cobrado una silla y de forma engañosa me han cobrado a segunda unidad. He pedido que cancelen la compra y me respondieron que me devolverían el dinero en un plazo máximo de 10 días laborales. HAN PASADO 13 DÍAS LABORALES Y NO ME HAN DEVUELTO LOS €72 ni me han enviado las silla.
