Just bought two wall art pictures from mirror outlet had to wait some time as they were made to order but believe me when I tell you it was worth it as they are beautiful not only that but before I ordered them I emailed to ask if they would match as it was hard to tell on the picture they answered me within five minutes of my question , when they were delivered on Saturday the man had taken the trouble to bring a extra picture with him so I could see for myself and have a choice what more could you ask ,I will definitely be using them again

Dodgy company - do not use

So I found their mirror online, added 3 to my basket totalling £335 with a £25 reduction on eBay. I sent them a quoestion about the thickness of the glass as I did not realise the measurement was on the photo. They immediately sent me an email confirming this. Anyway, I then went to purchase the items and the company then marked this product as out of stock (I checked their website and it does not say out of stock there). I then searched the product again and they have now increased the price from £119.99 to £141.98. I have since emailed them for an explanation and they have chosen to ignore me. Please do not spend your money on this company.

I have print screens of the changes but cant upload them here which is annoying as you could then see what I am saying is the truth.

I bought the Extra Large Antique Silver Italian wood Framed mirror 203 x 142cm.

I spend hours to find the mirror like this in good price. This is the biggest mirror I was able to take upstairs.

No problem to place the order.

Very fast delivery. (Quicker than expected).

Mirror is solid. Nice finished in real wood.

Please be AWARE the outside mirrors RUST. I contacted the company and basically they weren't interested and their answer was "If exposed heavily to the elements the frame won’t last as long as being in a more sheltered outside location." I've only had it for 9 months and it is in a sheltered position OUTSIDE in the garden, being a garden mirror I thought it the best place for it. Once you have brought it they are not interested in their product and they will do nothing.
Please buy elsewhere!

Bought a mirror for £169.98 and was pleased with its appearance. Less than 8 months later the frame is rusting between top front and back plates. I Informed Mirror Outlet who informed me that, “our country has 4 seasons and like anything left outside there is treatment needed to maintain the item” and “There may be maintenance required on products that are put outside”. This in spite of the fact that their website states that the mirror is, “frost protected to withstand all weathers”. Obviously rain is not included in this!
I have since been offered 20% off if I wish to purchase another item but I won’t be taking them up on that!
It is interesting that the “Be the first to review this product” link does not work.

Do not waste your time!
The only positive about this company is the response time to an email.
They had no problem arguing that I had caused the £199 mirror I bought to fall off the wall.
When in reality the substandard fixtures they use ripped clean away from the backing.

Took me weeks to find a mirror the size i wanted at such a low price until i stumbled across mirror outlet! 6ft7 by 4ft7 mirror for £215 including delivery?! who can complain, mirror is gorgeous, delivery was super quick and within a week - plus the delivery driver was so nice. Well packaged, lighter than expected but this helped massively getting it up the stairs!

I've purchased the Fenton Vintage large leaner mirror and it's beautiful!!!
Huge... at 203x142cm but its the perfect size for the space I required it.

An amazing price and delivered within a week! Fragilistics driver Dan was brilliant with keeping us updated with his whereabouts and due to the size I had to assist with the mirror down the driveway but they clearly explained this beforehand by email.

The only reason I've removed a star is because the corners have hairline fracture in the frame (which makes that corners fragile) but I have not contacted them about this another two look like they have the start of a crack in the frame.

I should have read the reviews beforehand but didn't. Still as it turns out Mirror Outlet was a pleasure to deal with, delivering their mirror (a 4x3 feet 4mm bevel edged bathroom mirror price £82 DELIVERED) to central London. Their specialist logistics firm, Fragilistics, does, as the website makes perfectly clear, deliver the mirror in the raw, unpackaged form and only to the ground floor. It saves packaging and means there is no argument about the mirror's condition on delivery. Their driver Alister was excellent, phoned in advance and you could track the van in real time. Once delivered the mirror is your problem and, yes, you do have to be very careful because it is a thin glass mirror. With two people to handle it and care we have managed to get it to the fourth floor and rest it on a cushioned surface, pending fitting.
If you are not confident with a mirror or at least prepared to handle with great care, you might want to pay considerably more for someone else to deliver and fit it. For me, Mirror Outlet has delivered a fantastic large bevelled mirror which will make my bathroom look much larger for a very reasonable price. Thoroughly recommended and I would happily use again but recognising that not everyone would be happy to handle such a delicate item with the requisite care and would be willing pay significantly more.

As a member of the public this the worst most dangerous company I have been unlucky to purchase something from. On their website they mislead you by stating on their section on large mirrors firstly will be delivered ‘safely’ and in their returns policy mirrors should be returned in their original packaging’. This is a blatant lie! I ordered a large mirror online and it was delivered with unfinished, sharp edges in zero packaging and with zero stickers or information warning of the sharp edges, weight or need to wear protective gloves and have two people to carry. As a result as soon as I picked up this sharp mirror unsuspecting it cut my hands to pieces and smashed into very sharp pieces. This damaged my hands quite badly and I could have severed a major artery. I have complained to them several times and they state that this unsafe practice is their policy and it’s clearly documented but is no where to be found on their website. Absolutely disgusted with the dangerous, unprofessional and morally questionable practice. Based on my experience with Mirror Outlet and Fragilistics I can expect them having a major criminal prosecution for gross negligence and strongly advise against buying anything from them. They are not registered with any governing bodies such as the glass and glazing federation and I can only describe them as dangerous cowboys. Absolutely shocking company.
