I bought 2 vezels from this company. I got no complaints. Updates were always given. No problem with vehicles. Good milage. Very professional and excellent service from this company. My sales representative is Mr. SAM BASIL. I would recommend to others

Since April, I paid this company for a 2020 Toyota Rav 4, adventure model with 60,363 kilometers driven. After a long wait and a lot of lack of information, I received a completely different vehicle with 95,754 kilometers driven. The color is different from the one I chose, and the stereo and camera systems are locked.I did the deal with Mr. James Smith. He was very kind all the time but not very sincere. And after that, he never provided a solution to these problems. I feel deceived and scammed by this gentleman and by the company because they never responded to my questions.I think it is not a serious company and I alert people who want to buy vehicles. Consider other options because this one is not reliable. I have seen other comments where they say they do not know the customer. If this happened to me, I would show my personal data.

Hi everyone don’t trust this company showing you nice car and send you the rubbish one I bought 2 cars from this company he said the mileage is 52000 miles but I I received the car the mileage was 175000 there was missing the back seat and the car was have lots of problems and the second car was the same please don’t trust this company

I had a terrible experience at this dealership(Mirza Enterprises Japan) . The sales team was pushy and kept trying to upsell me on features I repeatedly said I didn’t want. I was told the car I was interested in was available, but when I made up my mind, it had conveniently “just sold out.” They then tried to steer me toward a more expensive model. The whole process felt dishonest and like a bait-and-switch tactic. I won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Your reviews are aweful because you are a scam, claiming you have a vehicle and later exchanging to a different make for a much higher cost. I do not think scammers can improve because their intent is unfair gain. I would not recommend anyone to purchase through this company.

I recently purchased a vehicle from your company which didn't meet my expectations. Since the vehicle I had ordered you claimed it failed inspection.

I wanted to take a moment to express my frustration with your vehicles. While you advertise innovation and luxury, my experience has been anything but that. I ordered a Toyota Camry from Mirza and they instead delivered me a Toyota Prius.When I reached out for help, the response was lackluster. It’s disappointing to see a company that doesn’t prioritize its customers. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your vehicles and service.

I am frustrated that that Mirza decided to go mute after I sent money to procure a vehicle that I had identified.
They later a after weeks decided to sell me what they thought should fit my request.
When I declined , they now changed the story and said they can only refund 35% .
This is conmanship must be stopped.

MIRZA ENTERPRISES JAPAN invoiced me for a Landcruiser single cab at 28,000 USD. I paid. Comunication became less which aroused my suspicion. A simple question of whether inspection has been done took months. They kept telling to wait for 5 to 8 days. They would lie that they are on vacation, or are sick sick, and so many other lies typicsl of a fraudster.
Finally they said the 'car' has failed inspection. This confirmed my worst fears that this company is not genuine.
Instead of refunding all my money at this point, they said they can only refund 10,000 USD, so that they squander the rest.
I begged them to replace the car with a similar one at the same price or close, but they replied that a replacement will cost 74,000 USD. I could not afford such extortion. Mind you I had no bargaining power since they already had my money
Finally they dictated that they will send me Mazda CX8, but i add them 1,700 USD so that they agree to release documents. NB, This mazda is sold by other companies at 14,000 USD. I had no choice but to comply.
They had claimed that they are in Japan but later confirmed that they are based in USA and Pakistan, so sourcing for you a car from Japan is a logistical impossibility. Most likely they are third party agents, and therefore very expensive.
They are not registered under JUMVEA. This makes them operate with impunity and a lot of arrogance.
Terrible experience. Potential customers be adviced. Stay away from them

I had a terrible experience with Mirza enterprises Japan . They claim to sell cars, but it's all a scam. After making a payment, I discovered the car was nonexistent, and they stopped responding to my calls and emails then later told me to settle for a cheaper car. This company preys on unsuspecting buyers, and I urge everyone to stay away. Google, please investigate and remove this fraudulent business from your platform!

First to begin with, I got a referral from a friend that did business with Mr. Kevin Hills from (mirza enterprises). I then contacted him and told him what type of vehicle I was looking for, he then sent me a number of options to choose from. After choosing the Toyota voxy as promise I then sent him 30% of the total amount and was told I can pay the balance when the vehicle got to my port ( Castries st.lucia). Everything work out just as he said and will highly recommend Mr.kevin Hills from (mirza Enterprises), am also looking forward to do business with (mirza enterprises). Big thanks to Kevin Hils for doing Honest business.

I have been doing business with Michael Clarke for a number of years and never had any issues, the vehicles I have ordered so far came in good conditions and were on time, I would recommend any of my family members and friends to choose Michael as their Agent.

My first time importing a vehicle on my own,
I got in touch with the agent Michael Clarke, after telling him what type of vehicle I was searching for, he presented me with this 2014 Honda fit RS in immaculate condition, low mileage and fresh interior smell.
10/10 will work with him and this company again for he made this experience quick and very easy, explained the entire process in great detail, and always communicated to me about the status of the sale, which also made this as seamless as possible.
