I’m extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with this company.
Shipping was delayed from the beginning and did not align with the timeframes advertised on their website. Communication was poor throughout, but the situation escalated when one of the rugs I ordered was reportedly “lost in transit.”
I ordered two matching rugs for a business space, so receiving only one is not an acceptable outcome. I’ve already opened the other rug, and having mismatched pieces simply doesn’t work. Despite this, there has still been no clear or reasonable resolution offered.
At this point, I’m left without a complete order and no confidence that this will be resolved properly. It’s been a month and I still only have one rug. The lack of accountability and urgency from the company has been incredibly frustrating. They take up to 5 business days to reply to a single email.
For a purchase like this and the price you pay, you expect reliability and clear communication - neither of which have been delivered. I would not recommend ordering from this company, especially if you are relying on accurate delivery timeframes or need matching items.
