Through the sessions I reflected and realiased I was the one who had to change my patterns...6months back my teenager used to feel angry,screen addicted,rivalry towards younger sibling....
Down the lane today I see a huge difference in my teenager, happy and interactive with me,very good bonding with her sister,responsible, accepting her boundaries to screen...
