Good contact between them & us. Very competitive price range, with no hidden costs. Hard working employees on the move day, who were friendly & professional. Move day went very smoothly. A very good experience for what could be a stressful time.

Under estimated van requirements for house move then we were forced to ordered an additional van, which they charged us for even though they undersupplied. Making us pay an extra £500 before theyd finish emptying the last van. They guys on the day complained constantly about the stairs to get to our house, endless huffing and puffing all day. Appalling service!!

Professional from beginning to end. From the staff in the office to the removal team who where very helpful , kind & understanding throughout this stressful time & more so as my parents are elderly & disabled. Will definitely recommend.

I would not use them again. They gave me a quote after a home survey (someone came home to see what I had to move) but it almost doubled on the day. They sent a van that was not big enough and had to do 2 journeys and as a result I had to pay more than 50% extra or they would not unload the van. Appalling service. They give you a great quote to get the business but then increase the price after, claiming the quote was only an estimate. Just keep that in mind when deciding.

Mitchells helped me move my son at short notice from Hampshire to London with a full packing service. The three members of staff that came to our rescue were extremely professional, polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble to make everything run smoothly. All the items being moved were packed carefully and the items being dismantled and reassembled were done so very efficiently. I am very grateful for their help and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I will use again.

Perfect move. Took me on last minute and from beginning to end was so smooth. Professional gentleman introduced themselves and did everything I needed done. I am a repeat customer and every move was on point!

The company was great. The communication spot on. The team were friendly and took good care of my items. They did exactly what they said they would do. There were a couple of minor damages (handle on a chest of drawers), two garden plant pots broken, which were not mentioned and just put down, but nothing that really mattered. Great service overall.

From initial contact, home visit, communication and moving day experience itself Mitchells were a very good company to deal with. Removal team (packing, moving relocating and putting back together) were excellent. Initial estimate was slightly out and we needed more van space in the end (at revised expense) - so 4 star rather than 5

I cannot praise this company highly enough. We had a disaster on the day of our move down to the bank. Our removal guys who loaded the van in Kent drove down the next morning to Wiltshire. Sean & Mark had to wait an extra 5 hours on the day to unload and they did not complain once. Absolute hero’s !! The people in the office Jeff and Leanne bent over backwards to sort out other arrangements if we couldn’t get into our property on the day. A massive thank you to all concerned, and we absolutely highly recommend Mitchell’s Removals.

With the help of Mitchells Moving Company I moved house recently and it was pretty much a stress free experience. They did a great job from the booking of dates (with flexibility), to the packing, delivery and placing of everything in my new home. The team who did the packing and the removals were super friendly, hard-working and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Everything was packed carefully, nothing was broken or damaged.

Mitchell’s were fantastic !! Very polite cheerful and bubbly guys. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a rainy miserable day but they still managed to be professional, helpful and cracked jokes along the way.
They took doors off and took apart units that didn’t fit and put them all back together again.
The day got later before we got keys and they even sent more guys out to unload so we could settle earlier.
We had four quotes and they were the most competitive and we were really pleased. Honest and reliable, would totally recommend.

Everyone at Mitchell’s was absolutely fantastic! Our move didn’t go smoothly from the solicitors side but Mitchells went above and beyond to help us - they gave us advice along the way, looked into a b&b for us that accepts dogs and removed waste that was left in our new property from the previous owner! They provided storage when we couldn’t move into our property straight away and nothing was too much trouble. The price was good, beat all other quotes and I truely cannot thank this company enough! Everyone was hardworking, cheerful and accommodating! Moving house can be very stressful and you need a company like this especially if things don’t go to plan. I cannot recommend this company enough!!! 5 stars without a doubt!!!

The whole Mitchell's team were fantastic. From the moment I rang up to get a quote, Geoff was nice, polite and extremely helpful. I'll be honest when he first suggested that my move would be a 2day trip, I was not too keen however in the end, it kind of worked out perfectly for my family as it was a long trip/move. On the first day, his team came on time and quickly loaded the van and they even helped us with a second van straightaway as we had quite a lot of stuffs in the end. On day 2, both vans came again on time and the guys were great, polite and even joked with us. They unloaded all our stuffs without any fuss and they were really quick too. We only had 1 broken wine glass which I didn't mind. They were so good that I gave all of them a little tip to say thanks. I have also recommended them to a friend who is looking to move in a few month's time. The only criticism that I have is that the video survey that was done by them, should/could have suggested a bigger van, I know that we had more boxes than originally planned but I did explained that during the survey. So if you are planning to use Mitchells, just be wary of that and perhaps get them to do a second survey when all the packing is done. In spite of that, I will still give them 5 stars and recommend them to everyone reading my review.
