Total scam. Doesn’t work and the guarantee is bogus. I even texted after the first month and they told me just take for ninety days. So I took for ninety days and then they tell me the ninety days is from the date ordered. So I was too late for refund. A bunch of crap.

WARNING I used the product during full three months without any result. This website is clearly a scam, using powerful marketing techniques.

It does not work. I requested a full refund because they said they had a full money back guarantee for 90 days. Their first response was this "I’d like to offer you a 25% refund of the original cost of your bottles with no need to return the order - you get to keep the product! This amounts to U$73.50." then this "In order to obtain a refund for your bottle(s), you must return all bottles, be they empty, full, or partially full, back to our fulfillment center within ninety (90) days of the date you originally ordered the product, along with your original packing slip and your RMA number. Kindly note that your refund coverage expires on February 17.
Important: Returns without an RMA number may not be identifiable, which could prevent us from processing your refund. If there are missing bottles from your order, we can still provide a pro-rata refund for the bottles you return to us, excluding shipping and tax costs. Failure to include the bottles you wish to claim a refund on, be they empty, full, or partially full, or failure to write your order details as specified above so that a member of our fulfillment center staff can clearly read, and allocate your return will both result in our inability to refund you. If the entirety of the order is not received and processed by our fulfillment center within 90 days from the order date, we will not issue your refund. In this event, any goods received will not be returned to you." So full refund is not true if you don't have the empty bottles maybe not even true if you do. Just fair warning if you buy this product keep every bottle packaging and packing slip. If you return make sure it is before the 90 days are up.

I ordered the six month supply. I know from experience with other supplements, you need to give them time to work. So I decided to use the full six month supply to (hopefully) obtain the full benefit even though there was no discernable difference or improvement when I was nearing the 90 day return time frame. After using Mitolyn for a full six months, there has been absolutely no noticeable difference whatsoever in terms of weight loss or other outside appearance. I experienced no side effects. I had no idea if anything was happening in my body. It seems like it was a true waste of money and I cannot recommend, nor would I purchase again. The entire experience felt sketchy and I should have gone with my instincts and not ordered in the first place. Very dissatisfied.

I bought 6 bottles and used 2 plus a partial. I wanted to give it a chance. Useless! It didn’t do a thing. I tried to return the extras but was told I was ONE day late and I needed to return the empty bottles, as well. Who keeps empty bottles. So I couldn’t get a refund. This is an absolute scam.

Less than Worthless. Product had no positive results. Then the real problems began. My request for a refund was met with a "60% off" offer. I refused and insisted on a full refund consistent with their guarantee. That got me a counter offer of 50% off. This went on for several more rounds. Eventually, I accepted their demand to ship all of the bottles back to them at my expense. But, they countered that they would only refund a prorated amount if they did not get ALL of the bottles including the EMPTY ones.
Completely frustrated, I cut my losses and sent them the bottles I had -- which excluded the empty ones I can disposed of.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

I've been using for almost 2 months. they claim you'll loose weight. I haven't. They claim you'll have more energy. I've noticed no change.

They claim no postage. I had to pay.

Useless. Since I've seen similar ads with similar "outstanding" claims All claim you have to take for at least 1 month to see results and up to 6 months for lasting results.

I now view all of these ads as pure scams to hook in suckers like me!

I ordered 6 Bottles of Mitolyn and used two. In two months, I did not lose any weight. At the end of the two months (within the 90-day return window), I shipped all six bottles back to Mitolyn at the address provided by their Refund and Returns Policy along with all of the information they required. I also emailed them a copy of the letter with all the required information. After waiting over three weeks, I inquired about the status of my refund. I was told that my return shipment needed to be sent to another address that was not listed on their Refund and Returns Policy. When I showed them their Refund and Returns Policy, they said that I needed to have an RMA when returning their product. Their Refund and Returns Policy makes no mention of needing an RMA, just the letter that I sent with all the required information. I only conclude the Mitolyn is falsely advertising a 90-day refund guarantee.

My wife recently ordered Mitolyn from what she thought was the Mitolyn website. The website says the product is MADE IN THE USA. However, when I looked at the shipping info of my order it was being shipped from CHINA. So I found the official Mitolyn website, which is mitolyn.com and contacted them regarding why my order was being shipped from China. They told me the order number I had was not valid and that they do not ship from China, only the USA. Apparently there are websites that mimic the official website and that is what my wife was on. So I expect a lot of these bad reviews are from folks who did like my wife. My wife's initial order did come from the official website and she did lose weight on the supplement. So BE ABSOLUTELY SURE THAT YOU ORDER FROM THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE WHICH IS mitolyn.com. I am disputing my credit card charge from the fake website and then I ordered the product from the official website. In addition, the company told me that the mitolyn that is for sale on Amazon's website is also fake. So buyer beware.

The product is worthless. I took it religiously for a month and noticed nothing. I doubt if the mitochondria theory is true, but if it is, this product doesn’t increase anything but their profits.

I ordered six months and it seemed to work in the first month I lost a stone then nothing, no matter how little or large I ate or how much I exercised nothing ever changed. I think this not everyone is the same is really something to hide behind, this product only suits the luck few.

"This letter “lets you know” that after “test-driving” Mitolyn daily for three months I did not lose any weight and I do not feel bursting with all-day energy. Therefore, I request a “refund of every penny” of my purchase price—just like you promised. See enclosed “`Risk-Free 100% Money Back Guarantee.

I ordered 3 bottles, Order #QNY3MT4E, on August 20, 2025. I received notification of shipment on August 22, 2025. I started taking the daily pill upon receipt (8/28/25) and finished the last pill yesterday. Finishing 90 pills in 90 days of the order date of order is impossible. One can only finish 90 pills in 90 days from the date of receipt.

When I looked-up your return policy today, I noted that you require the return of all bottles. I only have the last bottle I used as you do not tell customers to save the empty bottles in case you are not satisfied with the product. This is a deceptive practice.

Your return policy also states that the bottles must be returned within 90 days of the order date. This requirement is also not mentioned in the enclosed money back guarantee. Again, this is not possible when I take 90 days to consume a 90-day product from the date of receipt, not the date of the order. This is also a deceptive practice. Please refund “every penny” of my purchase as promised."

As of 12/21/25 Mitolyn has not responsed. Clearllyl their promise of a"risk-free 100% money back guarantee" is a lie.

Please do not get scammed by this company I spent $200 and this product does not work it does absolutely nothing that it tells you also they say refund NO!! They want all the bottles back ( who keeps empty bottles) then they send you 25% back ( after going back and forth) it’s 2025 times are hard nobody has money to waste.Please ignore their fake reviews and adds.

The product was hyped as a weight loss supplement, but it was all hype with no factual basis. I took the pills for a month with no results. So, I returned the product for a refund. Unfortunately, the company received the returned product only four days after their alleged return deadline of 90 days from the date of purchase. They, therefore, refused issuing a refund. The say they had to do that to be fair to all customers. That is in no way "fair to all customers. Don't fall for the hype.

I took Mitolyn for 9 months because it says it sometimes takes time to rebuild the mitochondria to increase metabolism. At least that is how i understand it. Unfortunately I lost no weight, the only thing I lost was a lot of money, including import duty fees. Unfortunately also no refund nor any compensation, as I was too late to ask for the refund for the last 3 boxes of tablets. My bad. Don't bother to take it for 9 months and be as hopeful as I was...

If it was possible I would not allocate any stars re their start rating - You may as well be taking a placebo as it is completely ineffective in weight loss. When one queries the lack of success with the product, they encourage you to take it for just 1 more month. You then discover you are now outside the money back guarantee period. Seems like deliberate tactic on their part.

I purchased this product after using 7 bottles there has been no difference in my weight nor do I feel and extra energy it's just a lot of empty promised from another American Scammer

I do not recommend Mitolyn. Purchased 6 bottles after two and a half months did not see any results.
Returned all six bottles 3 unused. They did not had told me they will not honor the warranty. They told me the warranty started from the moment I placed the order. Payment, processing and shipping to about 2 weeks prior to receiving product. My return was verified by USPS By tracking verification 88 days after pressing the purchase button. Not only did they not process the 90 day warranty. they didn't send back the 3 bottles that were never opened. Extremely dissapointed with the entire product and service
