After reviewing your case, we understand that your concern was about the size of the 2ml sample you purchased. While the size was clearly stated on the product page, we know that expectations around samples can sometimes differ.

To make things right, we promptly offered a return and sent a prepaid return label to your email for a full refund. Our team also followed up multiple times, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive a response or the returned item. Without that, we were unable to complete the refund process.
