I recently had fibre installed by Anoop J and the service was outstanding from start to finish. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and carried out the work to a very high standard.

The cable was installed neatly and securely, with great attention to detail, and the external box was fitted cleanly with no mess left behind. Anoop clearly takes pride in his work and made sure everything was done properly rather than rushing the job.

The whole installation was smooth, professional, and caused no disruption. It’s rare to see this level of workmanship and care these days.

I would highly recommend Anoop for any fibre installation work.

Great service

They came on behalf of open reach to upgrade my broadband connection. They asked me what they should be doing and what the previous openreach engineer had done. I said I didn't know to which they answered " its your house" at which pointi asked them to leave. Terrible customer service. "Engineer" clearly an exaggeration here. No idea.

Mr Anoop Singh Johal attended my address to fit fibre broadband, he carried out a very efficient installation, left no mess and was very pleasant and informative.

Mohammed Haroon went above and beyond on what was a more complex job than expected. He was courteous, patient and explained what needed to be done at every stage. Highly rrcommended

I was very happy with the fibre install by MJ Quinn today, carried out by installer Brandon, working in a GU16 postcode.

Our access point was in thew wrong place and Brandon gave us options to run the fibre cable into other rooms. He installed the fibre quickly and did a neat and tidy job. We are now living with future speed instead of Victorian slow copper wiring.

Andrew was great, very professional and talked me through the process at all times. Highly recommended!

Andrew Cartledge was excellent, he was very knowledgeable and customer focussed. It wasn’t an easy job as previously BT sent engineer from Kelly’s who couldn’t do it and so we have been out of contract. Following a call from BT they sent Openreach contractor in M Quinn- Andrew. He was excellent - thank you - we are finally on full fibre!

We had our broadband converted to Fibre. An Engineer named Awais Khan completed the work. He was very professional and friendly. He talked me through the options, took on board my preferences and he carried out the work to a high standard. He is an excellent representative of M J Quinn.
