Ordered an Overhaul kit (14-70-0135) on the 5th of February. The website said it was in stock, and I paid extra to have it delivered within 3 days of shipping. Today is the 12th, and the website has no shipping details. Called and they told me they had to order from the manufacturer, and it would take two weeks to get it to them. No email or update. No communication. I would never recommend doing business with this company. Very unreliable.

Placed order for item shown as available on website. One week later received a notice that it was backordered and would take 7-10 days to receive and then it would be shipped promptly. Waited for the 10 days...no response from their customer support people and calls to them went to voicemail but couldn't leave a message because their mailbox was full. Left an email and tried again two days later. Same problem with calling...tried a few minutes later and someone from warehouse DID pickup..discussed the problem and we agreed to cancel...Sent follow-up email to confirm cancellation...no response and item status is still showing "in process" on their website. Paid through PayPal and opened a request for refund. Customer service at M&M Tool Parts is non-existent and I will not order from them again.

Ordered my DeWalt replacement bearing on a Sunday evening with the cheapest S/H and it shipped out Wednesday morning.
Received my product as described Friday.
Nothing in my opinion is wrong with that.
