What an action-packed and fun-filled day exploring Johannesburg and Soweto! Thomas was the perfect guide—his broad knowledge, clear and precise explanations, and genuine care for everyone in the group made the experience truly memorable.

Everything was exceptionally well organized and executed from start to finish, making for a seamless and enjoyable tour.

Did the ultimate Pilanesberg day safari - our guide Tman was very knowledgeable and out of the gate managed to find us lions within just a few minutes. He was very receptive to the interests of all the passengers. If you’re only able to do a 1 day safari, mo afrika tours is a great company to use.

Tman was fantastic- started the day with lions, ended with hippos, and plenty of incredible creatures in between. Highly recommend. (Lunch had vegetarian/vegan options as well, which was very much appreciated)

I had a great experience on this Soweto tour. My guide Thomas was extremely knowledgeable and shared so much about the history of South Africa. I learned a lot throughout the tour, and his explanations made every stop much more meaningful. The pickup and transportation were also very smooth and well organized, making the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. I highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to learn more about Soweto.

Best game drive with Anja! Our first safari and it was a hit immediately. This was a short, afternoon/evening game drive. Nevertheless, we spotted 4 out of 5 Big Five animals during this drive! Amazing. We got to see the animals up close. Anja has a nice, professional and funny guiding style. We also received a drink (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Best drive of our vacation, would 100% recommend it.

Thomas was a great guide. He gave a full history and great information about what South Africa is actually like. Everything was organized well and we had a great tour. I fully recommend Moafrika tours.

Two safaris with the MoAfrika Team - Sunset at Tshukudu with Anja and Milton - up close and personal with Rhino and Buffalo! Amazing off roading and Sunset snacks with the Hippos. Full day in Kruger with Lambs and Anja - Bucket List - blow my mind - Spectacular! The MoAfrika Team are Awesome in the organisation of tours and spotting animals. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Safari in Kruger.

My family booked the Soweto/Apartheid Museum tour. We had great communication from the start with our guide, Thomas, who contacted us the night before the tour to let us know when we would be picked up. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the history, setting us up well for what we were going to be seeing, both in Soweto and at the Apartheid Museum. We did choose to go inside the Nelson Mandela house. The house is small, but in some ways that is the point. A man who had such great influence in the world choosing to live in a humble house. We recommend this tour to really get an idea of the social and political history of Johannesburg/South Africa and Thomas was a great guide, open to all our questions.

We toured with Thomas into Soweto. He was very informative, took great care of us and was a totally likable man.His minivan was clean and comfortable and his driving safe. A great asset to the tour was his use of a very clear audio system which made for great understanding and easy viewing. Museum and walks were as stated. In Soweto, Wendy was a lovely young woman who showed us how they lived which was an eye opener for Westerners. Lunch was also nice. Thanks Thomas!!
