Bought a phone from here recently and I’m really happy with it. The phone was exactly as described, in excellent condition and reasonably priced. Delivery was quick and the whole process was smooth. Highly recommended!

I send my phone to mobile crazy after they offered me £200, once they got it they said it had a chip in the lcd screen which wasn’t there before and offered me £100.
I asked for it to be returned which took way too long. Once received the phone back I have looked and there is still NO chip in the screen.
Company is a scam trying to rip you off.
I have since sent off to another shop and got £180 for it.

I'm not too sure. Discovered them via a comparison site when I was looking to sell an unused handset and they do appear to have an online presence and physical address listed on their website but the GPS lookup is a different company and I've called the phone numbers on their website but they don't connect despite being within their advertised opening hours.

I live only a few minutes drive from the address I was instructed to post my handset to and I wanted to request dropping it off in person. Phone number has an area code for a different city, mobile doesn't work. Very suspicious unfortunately.

Cracked my phone screen in Manchester, and the screen completely stopped working, leaving me stranded with no access to my train tickets or payment methods. Anique got it repaired and as good as new within the hour. Absolute lifesaver.
