I went to this phone Mu myself a new phone I bought the iPhone 14 Pro in gold when he sold me the phone he seemed like a very nice guy. My bankcard had the spending limit on it so I couldn’t give him the full amount. I tried giving him £100 which did end up coming off my account. He then said anything that happened next wasn’t his fault and he was gonna be closing soon. It put a lot of pressure on me so I got in contact with my bank which proceeded not to work I managed to get my sister to pay in the extra 330 I owe him and he rushed to put a screen protector on it a case and gave me a very good deal. I was very happy and I felt it was a really good shot for me to go to once I ended up leaving and went home a couple days later I started to notice a couple of issues there was a chip on the back that started to progressively get worse. There was a bubble on the screen which I originally thought with the screen protector but as it got on my phone starting not to connect to any source of service the bubble then prevented me from typing and using the screen at all. I do not recommend going to this phone shop people get very impatient with you and if anything it’s just a scam is total reliability to get contact from these people after I tried to get a refund multiple times I’m going back down to Edinburgh to go to speak to the man who I originally spoke to and get a refund off of him. I take full responsibility for the back glass as I did break it.

I accidentally dropped my phone on concrete, the screen cracked and the phone started doing its own thing.

I was in a rush between clients so I urgently needed the screen fixing or buy another phone, either way, I had to get my phone sorted on the day in case anyone needed to contacted me.
I was greeted by friendly staff, I told them I was in a rush and they advised they could put a new screen on my phone in 20 minutes.

They were very helpful, even though I was looking at new phones, they were more interested in doing what was best for me.

A huge thankyou for sorting my phone out so promptly, and to Javed who served me at the end.

Visited this store recently to get a quote on a repair for my mobile. Not only was the quote reasonably priced, the repair was done in a matter of minutes! Great communication from the staff. They have fab knowledge. A busy shop, people coming in and out often. Def recommend them! Thanks guys

Absolutely first class service and standards. Have used them many times, they are always prompt, reasonably priced and very pleasant to deal with. They offer a guarantee, but I have never needed to use it, because their work is always first rate.
