No Comment like the scooter

Scooter was delivered on time and arrived in perfect condition with full documentation.
Driver was very good and fully explained how the scooter worked.
I thoroughly recommend this company for their customer service and efficency.

Mobility Giant has given outstanding service throughout. Purchased last October. Problem with scooter so reported it. They sent out an engineer who said that he would take it back for evaluation. Told that it was not repairable so refunded money immediately. Recommended another scooter and delivered it. Had a problem with screw on handlebars 10 months later so sent out engineer who fixed it. Quick. Efficient.friendly service from everyone.

The used rascal pioneer arrived early on its due date, looking as new. Minor niggle the mirrors were not tight enough and came loose, but once I found out how to tighten and adjust them they have been fine.
It has plenty of torque for getting up hills, and does not runaway with me on the downhills.
Easy to use the controls, driving it takes a little getting used to, especially on cambers, hills and corners- the handbook is very helpful.
I am a little over 6 feet tall and there was plenty of room for me.
The bumper bars front and rear were more substantial than they look- just the job for chaining up the scooter.
I think I am going to enjoy getting around on my pioneer, looking forward to a long and positive relationship together, and managing without the car.

This is the start of my second contract with this company. Today I took delivery of my new scooter and it is perfect. I requested a lighter scooter and was advised on the one I got. It is so much lighter and will make my life even easier. Very friendly staff they care about their customers.

During my initial telephone enquiry, William was friendly, knowledgeable and patient, taking time to fully answer all of my questions. There was no pushiness to place an order, and when I did, he showed genuine appreciation for my business. Subsequent communication about delivery date was prompt, delivery was as scheduled, and Phil - the delivery agent / engineer - was very friendly and professional, explaining everything simply but comprehensively. The scooter itself is in outstanding condition and appears to be barely used - as close to "brand new" as one could hope for. I can't yet comment on after-sales support as the scooter was only delivered this morning, but the service and overall experience thus far has been fantastic.

I wanted a sturdy off-road, and Road legal, mobility scooter, and I found what I was looking for on Mobility Giant’s website.
I ordered one and it was delivered today. A very pleasant and helpful man, named Mark, delivered it to me and demonstrated and explained all the controls, and answered all my questions.
After he left, I then went out through my local woods for a test drive and was very impressed with the scooter’s performance on grass, rough ground and gravel paths. It also climbed the hills with ease.
I am very pleased with my purchase and also the company, they have done everything they said they would do.
