I simply can’t use the features and would like a refund and to cancel my subscription but apparently the only way to do that is to email you? Please help me

I purchased the 1-month subscription and as soon as it took the money out of my account. i then received “error 403” and then the money continued to disappear from my account. i received an order confirmation however despite contacting mocpogo about this issue and asking them to either provide me with my log in details or refund me for my purchase, they have completely ignored me. Currently not happy at all w the support team or mocpogo and will be taking legal actions if they fail to provide a solution for their problem.

it says without downloading cracked version on the website. what is it that is downloaded from iwherego if not a cracked version. and it crashes after a short while constantly other than that it works good for the short while you get before it crashes. 2/5 not that expensive but wont renew

Have been using this application since Jun 2024. Service is user-friendly (with a step by step tutorial available on their website) and customer support replies promptly (usually within the day itself or over the next 3-5 business days) to assist with any issues encountered by users. Highly recommended!

I’ve been using iWhereGo Genius for some time now and I’m very impressed with how reliable and effective it is. The software runs smoothly on my system, without any issues, and I really appreciate that it’s regularly updated — not only to keep it stable, but also to improve features and functionality over time.

Recently, I had to reinstall Windows due to a failed SSD. Even though I managed to recover and transfer the iWhereGo Genius installation folder to my new drive, I ran into an activation issue where the software told me I had exceeded the maximum number of allowed PCs.

I contacted the iWhereGo Genius support team and was genuinely impressed with their quick, friendly, and professional response. They immediately understood my situation and helped me resolve the issue without any complications. In no time, everything was working again.

It’s rare these days to find software companies that combine powerful tools with such excellent customer service. I truly appreciate the support I received and will gladly continue using and recommending iWhereGo Genius.

Service was no where near as simplistic as told, was told to download 3 seperate apps just to not even be able to get it working.

I sent an email 4 days ago asking for a refund and cancellation of the subscription, and still haven’t received any response. definitely a scam.

It didn’t work for me. I had trouble activating the desktop version, which is required to spoof the GPS. You can’t do it using only your phone. I tried to contact them and requested a refund just 5 minutes after the purchase; however, they didn’t issue a refund and chose to keep the USD 20.

This app does not work. I spent hours trying to make it work. The first app tells you to download a second app, then you need a third app, and then you need a desktop version, which won’t work on an iPhone. Very concerned this company has my credit card info. Have asked for a refund.

SCAMMERS TOOK MY MONEY AND GAVE ME A FAKE ACTIVATION CODE AND CHANGED MY EMAIL. Disputing through bank BEWARE!

These guys are 100% scammers. Sent an activation code that doesn't work. System magically can't find my email. Signed me up for an automatic subscription by paying for it once. Dodgy billing system. Have disputed it with my bank now. Don't use this company, so much hassle

They advertise everywhere as ‘Free Trial’. Then you install the app and you have to pay to use it. Where is the free trial then?
I want to test it to see if actually works on ios 18, so definitely I don’t want to pay beforehand without knowing that is working.

This looks like a SCAM to me.

I signed up for lifetime account. Within a month I got permanently banned from Pokemon. I want a refund, they offered me 1/2 price and I can still use the Mocpogo, which I agreed(I have many accounts). Update was needed, so I contacted them many times and they stopped contacting me. Is this a scam?
