It's not mod3dscards fault. USPS lost the package.

I ordered an item from mod3dscard
I ordered an item from mod3dscard, and while waiting for delivery I discovered a different, better and cheaper solution so I went with that instead.
I wrote to Mod3dscard and asked for a return adress for my package and was asked to wait a couple of days so they could send me the adress (this felt kinda weird).
This is 2 weeks ago, I have since then asked again, after which they asked me what country I am in, which they could've read on my order...
And then they AGAIN asked me to wait.
Now I am still awaiting the return adress, which seems really unprofessional seing that they just need to send me an adress for one of their own warehouses.
Edit: I have now been told the reason for the wait, which I think they should have told me from the start, but I will leave this review here because I feel they can improve upon their employee --> Customer communication skills.

Hi, Philip, we are waiting for the EU address to send you and we also agree on the Return and Refund. If you are so urgent and don't want to wait any more, you can let me know.
We send you the True Blue Mini not from EU(Not all products in our FR warehouse, such as the True Blue Mini), so you can't return it to our EU stock.
But for letting you return it faster with less paying, we are trying to find a EU address for you. So that's the delay.
I think you are Not Cautious to leave a Bad Comment in our Trustpilot, and if you know this famous review website a little, Store can't delete the Negative reviews in that site, we can response you there, but Can't just delete it. So you say you think we delete the Bad Reviews, that's Impossible.

First order
Did an order from EU. Since stock had gone to 0 they proactively sent me the order from China. When I noticed that fearing for customs, I got in touch with them and they were very fast to reply and announced that if I had any issues with customs to get back to them and they would help me out.
Good service and customer loyalty from me from now on!

This is my 2nd order, the first order went so well when I needed another sx pro I ordered again from mos3dscard and it went as smooth as the first.
