Returned 4 dresses that were the complete wrong size to China, paid £39 to return them, they came back to me after a few months. Have put them on Vinted to try to make some money back.
Absolute shambles of a company.

Ordered gents jumper for a birthday present on the 09/02/2026 now 16th Feb no contact to say despatched unable to contact anyone regarding order I have been well and truley scammed by Moda Regale Jumper arrived 16/03 paid £34.99 for item not worth 3.99 cheap rubbish

Absolutely disgusting company my 14 year old son bought some trainers with his Christmas money for them to take money and not come tried to contact on many occasions but just nothing Total SCAM DO NOT USE

Would leave 0 stars if could. The coat I ordered wouldn’t even been good enough to use as a cleaning cloth!
Flimsy thin material with no lining - absolutely nothing like the picture. Faulse advertising.

Shocking.
I ordered a jacket off the website, I deliberately ordered a size bigger to ensure I could wear a jumper underneath.
It took a month to arrive.
It was far far too small, there were no labels and it had come from China.
I sent it back rather than receive a credit note which meant I would have to buy again from them. I paid for the postage.
It has now been in a customs warehouse in China since 16th May.
Customer support is shocking. No phone contact, email only. Slow to respond, endless platitudes, no action. I have received 50% refund which still leaves me around £50 out of pocket.
Avoid at all costs.

Do not order from here! Terrible quality and will not let me get a refund! Being ignored continuously. How his isn’t illegal is beyond me

Absolutely shocking service. The shirts were terrible cheap and nasty rubbish. Requested a refund and after 9 weeks still no money. Theyve literally used every excuse they possibly could to delay the refund. Eventually I had no option but to do a section 75 chargeback. Honestly I tried donating the shirts and they charity shop wouldn't take them. I wouldn't buy anything from them again and would rate minus 5 stars if possible.

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would! Absolutely terrible service and very deceiving to call a company Moda-London but actually be based in China!

So, the jacket I wanted to wear to an interview did not arrive on time and now that it has finally arrived, it's the wrong colour and terrible fabric!

Also, just so everyone is aware they are preventing customers being able to complete the returns process because you cannot access the 'online returns form' because when you click on the link it says the form quota is full!!!!

'DO NOT' use this company to purchase anything! Absolutely awful company and should be banned from operating, or should I say scamming customers out of their money!!

Very low quality I didn’t know ur products shipping from china no wonder that’s why they low quality material was very see through n bad I tried to contact return team they said send it back but very light parcel was costing me £23 for returning a small parcel so I kept it n will giv to charity next time not buyin it

Ordered some allegedly orthopaedic shoes. Too small. No size on shoe. No invoice with parcel. Tried to return and was told had to send to china which would cost me more than I paid for the shoe but they would give me a small discount off a second pair! Repeated emails but they will not accept returns, deal with refunds. Shoe was poor quality. Unwearable due to the straps. Customer care non existent. Blatantly just after money. Avoid.

Shoddy goods….not even nice plastic! Returns to China at own cost.

Absolute rubbish products from China. I stupidly ordered 3 shirts which, when they eventually arrived, were the worst quality imaginable. Totally unwearable. Tried to contact them to complain and return but have received no response. Stay well clear. Their website implies it’s a UK company, it is not.

Ordered a top from what I believed was based in London, Ordered 3 weeks ago, nothing, thought it's taking a long time to come from London!! Never replied to my emails, today get one to say it's been shipped, surprise, surprise coming from China.

Despite the name this is a CHINEESE company and delivery takes way longer than you would expect, Returns are extremely difficult and they will do everything they can not to refund you, i was offered to keep the product that arrived late in exchange for a 50% off voucher on something else, when i advised i wanted to return this is was offered a 10% refund to keep the item.. they Really make if difficult to return anything, I would not purchase anything from the ever again.
