MODBORN FURNITURE Reviews

Ordering experience was quick, simple and very easy. Email contact confirming order and delivery. Then a super quick and efficient delivery, with the order extremely well packed. An order that for a change did not have missing or damaged parts. Great service.👍

I'm very happy and pleased with the service from mr.Khan, we had some small delay with transport- but- considering the destination- in the end, it all worked out very well. I'm happy!!!

Bought the Barcelona chair from Modborn and it's lovely- extremely well made and in addition, it is covered with Italian aniline leather - many such chairs on the UK market are much more expensive, and are covered with imitation (faux) leather. An excellent product no reservations. Mr Khan at Modborn dealt with my purchase quickly and efficiently and kept me informed. i will buy from them again, no reservations at all.

I've always dreamt about owning an Eames Lounge Chair and Ottoman, so when I learnt you could get replicas I did some research online and found ModBorn offered one of the best prices and had good reviews but I was a little apprehensive as I've never bought anything big online except from Amazon.

However, the whole experience was great. Delivery was the very next day and I had a very tight schedule but Khan did his best to make sure the delivery driver came at the right time. He replied to all my emails quickly and he was very helpful.

The product itself is high quality and feels like the real thing. It was mostly assembled but the arms needed to be put on which was quite fiddly and I needed a hand from a friend but it was no big deal. Highly recommended.

after an indifferent start, order didn't arrive when it was supposed/
i called and was told they were very sorry but the courier had been held up
as it was easter.
Khan told me he was very sorry but it would be tuesday for delivery.
then on Friday morning he emailed me early to say the tables would be here today.
the tables arrived as the email came in.
I thank Khan very much for his endeavour to get the order delivered

Great product, speedy delivery, good quality I would definitely recommend

A very fine product indeed. I thoroughly recommend this company. The items were dispatched promptly and all dealings with ModBorn were fast, friendly and businesslike. Would definitely buy again. One small point: I didn't find the assembly instructions until after I'd assembled the chair! So if at first you don't find, keep on looking.

Tuesday this week I ordered a Nero Ash black Eames lounge chair and yesterday (Thursday) it was delivered in the Netherlands. I am very happy that I found this company. I had a very bad experience with an other company, but fortunately, thanks to VISA I got my money back.
I can and will recommend Modborn Furniture to my family and friends!

Awesome service, fabulous, excellent product.

Better than expected.

Thank you

Modborn Furniture has very good customer service - my contact was Khan and I always got a swift reply and if there was something wrong he resolved the issue quickly. We will definitely use this company again.

I ordered an Eames office chair on line but there was a problem with the 'PayPal' button on the website. The staff at ModBorn couldn't have been more helpful to sort out the issue. The chair arrived in less than 24hours and is an excellent reproduction. Very please with the purchase.

I ordered the repro Eames with with Ottoman in Aniline white leather from Ebay after spending a lot of time looking at various producers. It arrived within 48 hrs, well packaged and was easy to assemble. It is an excellent copy of a design classic and I'm very happy with the purchase. I would recommend Mod born for any piece that they manufacture,

Cheers

Spent months trying to find an Eames replica chair but came across some real horror stories that stopped me from actually ordering. Found plenty of sites not to trust, but none I could. Then I stumbled on Trust Pilot. The rest is history. Given the nightmares that buying from other sellers involves, Modborn are a rare find - honest and efficient. Recommended without hesitation.

The chair is exactly as described. It arrived in just a few days, when others were quoting weeks or months. Packaging was strong and safe. Just waiting for an invoice as I bought through Amazon who dont seem to think an invoice for a £300 chair is important. Keep on Modborn

Excellent customer service, Amazing and fasntastic furniture products,
all the items look to the original, the prices are amazing and delivery was efficient.
I will denfinative using this supplier again, and happy to highly recoment all of you

Top class service and product, if only most retailers were like this! Outstanding

I bought a Mies van der Rohe Barcelona style love seat and 16 Eames office chairs from this supplier three months ago as part of an office refurb. Both items look true to the originals, are well made, and the leather, which is often where reproduction furniture fails to live up to the originals, is very soft and smells like leather (ie it doesn't have that chemical smell which generally signifies low quality leather). The price was very competitive and delivery was efficient. I will be using this supplier again and would recommend them to anyone.

Great chair. Helpful and speedy comm's. This company has fab customer service and great products. Recommended to all buyers
