Do not make luxury purchases from Modecraze!

Buyer Beware! Do not become a victim to this retailer of faulty high-end items like I did!

I emailed Modecraze a week after placing my YSL handbag order inquiring when the bag would ship as I was going out of town, which is why I had to reroute the package to Walgreens for pickup. I didn‘t get the package until 1 week after delivery as I was out of town. Of course, I snipped off the tag. I had NO intention of sending it back. I didn't realize Modecraze sent out faulty products and it would be something that I need to be concerned with. The bag has a residue on it, it's not as though I scratched the surface of it, you can clearly see it’s something ON TOP of the pink leather. The residue is inside the same handle where it appears on the outside of the bag handle too. I pulled the side of the handle open and noticed the white marking which lays flat against the bag, not exposed without pulling it away from the bag. The other handles do not have any white residue inside them. I have many designer bags and they often come with little spots of glue on them because they are handmade, but this is something more. I only asked for a replacement they refused to help me.

We want to emphasize that, before shipping our items, we perform comprehensive quality inspections and capture detailed photographs to verify their condition.

Regarding your concern about the handbag, we meticulously reviewed the images taken on the shipping day, clearly indicating its impeccable condition. These images were also included in our previous communication with you. Furthermore, in your initial email, you mentioned using a cleaning solution on the bag, which might have been at your own risk and could have affected the bag's color coating.

It's crucial to mention that our policy requires reporting any issues with the received product within 3 days of the delivery date. Our records confirm the package's delivery and signature on September 30th. Unfortunately, your contact falls outside both the 3-day reporting window and our Returns Policy period.

In addition, we observed the removal of the security tag on the bag, an integral part of our quality control process. Considering the information provided and the bag's pristine condition upon shipping, we were unable to offer further assistance. Unfortunately, we do not accept used products, damaged products, products with the security tag removed, or return requests outside of our return window.

We understand your desire for a replacement, and we genuinely wish we could accommodate your request. However, we maintain specific policies and quality assurance measures.

Legit item

I was frustrated due to package delayed and modecraze went above and beyond to get the issue fixed by keep updating and reaching out to me proffesionally. Not to mention, the purse is legit, well packed! I will definitely buy again

My item got lost by UPS for a month so…

My item got lost by UPS for a month so I was refunded for my purchase. Then, item arrived at my door not in perfect shape. Modecraze then started hounding me for payment of the item. I was given 10% off but do not feel it measured up to the errors made and condition box was left at my door. This item was signature required and was just left at my door. Not happy with how this was handled nor how I was treated by Modecraze!

Company was very responsive in answering your queries. Item was received as adverstised. Just found a new place to satisfy my love for authentic, new designer bags and shoes for a discount!❤️😊

An email containing tracking information was sent to you on June 12th when your order was shipped. If you haven't received the email, we kindly request you to check your Spam/Promotions folders as it may have been filtered there.

Based on our records, FedEx attempted delivery on June 16th. Unfortunately, no one was available to sign for the package at that time. Therefore, FedEx will be making another delivery attempt to ensure successful delivery.

I’m really happy with the service I experienced. I originally wanted to buy this bag on vestaire but when I realised I would save more money buying from them direct I did just that! I had the bag sent to my sister in San Francisco then someone brought it over to the UK for me. Very happy with my purchase!

Authentic and Excellent Customer Service

This was my first time purchasing a designer bag not directly from the designer’s online website and I must say my whole experience was excellent. Customer service was responsive and they even adjusted the purchase price because I received my discount code after I purchased my bag. The bag itself was beautiful, carefully packaged and 100% authentic (had it authenticated also since this is my first transaction with the company). I will definitely be buying from this company again. Reasonable price, amazing quality, authentic and excellent customer service!!!

Outstanding customer service!

My beautiful Fendigraphy arrived in a timely manner and packaged beautifully. There was a minor issue with my transaction and customer service was extremely responsive. They offered a solution and left me a very happy customer! I’ll be back to purchase in the future!
