There was a part missing on the original delivery . This was sorted and replaced without any hassle

Great service and I was kept up to date on the delivery which was very prompt. The item was a gift so I can’t comment on that but the recipient is very happy with it

The floating tv cabinet is lightweight 15mm chipboard, should be 18/20mm minimum i should of read the description in detail before buying to be honest the fittings for wall mount are not heavy duty i will have to add extra support bars at the bottom( at my expense). Not worth £74.00.

Very good customer service. After making the mistake in ordering wrong modern comfort living went out of thier way to arrange it to be picked up at my door and not have to go to post office to return it.

I purchased a tent from their tik tok shop store. It looked to me as it was on a sale so I purchased for the price listed. They then said the price was wrong and to cancel it. I said no if they want to cancel they can do it as I wanted the tent. It seemed dodgy to me that it was their error and rather than just let it go they wanted the customer to cancel. Maybe they have done this before. I would advise to avoid.

The bed I bought from here 6 months ago broke in half and the person fell to the floor. This company has no contact telephone number. The number on Facebook goes to an individual. Messaged 3 times with no reply at all. They reply to other reviews on here saying they got back with various excuses. Believe the poor reviews. They are all true. Don’t use this company at any cost,

Sent a product in February, it arrived dirty and with no instructions. They said they will send a replacement but it never arrived

Do not trust this company as they promise a refund and my daughter did not get in back for demeged item which she had lots of hassle with getting full refund for returned tea table.
She emailed them so many times and no reply from them .

This company is fraud please never trust it.

Sent the item back in November , have proof from fedex they have received it on 18th of November but still waiting for the refund and they hardly response to the email . Will be taking legal action as it has caused so much mental distress. AVOID AVOID AVOID
