Highly recommend investing in a Moduri piece, the delivery is super smooth and fast, the assembly (or lack of) couldn’t be easier, and the couches themselves are very strong and sturdy. They’re also very large! Recommend 💪🏼
We saved for a long time to buy a Moduri sofa, expecting quality to match the price. Instead, delivery took 3 months and when it finally arrived, one module was faulty with heavy wrinkling on the fabric and an uneven surface that never settled.
Customer service confirmed it was a quality defect, yet the final solution was only a small partial refund (20%) and being told to keep ironing the faulty module.
No replacement. No proper repair. Just a DIY workaround for a manufacturing issue.
This handling shows poor quality control and a lack of responsibility for defective products.
The experience was extremely disappointing. Regret it. I would not recommend this brand.

We take full responsibility for the wrinkled module, and as confirmed earlier, we wanted to either send you a brand-new cover or provide a 100% refund for that part. We’ve tried reaching you to arrange this but unfortunately haven’t received a response yet.
Regarding delivery, 9 out of 10 orders arrive within 3–5 business days. In your case, the delay was caused by a mistake from UPS and unfortunately outside our control - but we completely understand how frustrating that must have been.

We really love this sofa. It has made our home feel perfect with its minimalist design while still being very practical, especially for our little dog who is used to sitting and sleeping on the sofa. The removable, washable covers are a big plus, making everything easier to maintain and even more beautiful.

Easy delivery. The sofa is perfect! The fact that the covers are washable makes things so much easier. Plus, stains are super easy to remove and it doesn't soak in. I would definitely recommend it.
