Do not buy from this company that are a scam
Item not as advertised and do not refund you when you request one
Went to the bank for a refund!!!!

If I could rate this company a 0 I would. The instagram pictures and reviews are of a shop in London. I ordered a cotton/linen blend blouse with embroidery. What I received (eventually) was a top made of awful nylon/polyester with a print of embroidery on it absolutely nothing like the picture. That they can do this is disgusting!! I wish I’d checked on here before I ordered !!

This company is not who you think… the item came from china, not UK. The top looked and is of v cheap quality… the so called ad showing a posh London store with a lovely owner selling off her beautiful clothing is a con… mistake learnt by me, please don’t do the same…

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to buy a “London boutique” dress that arrives looking like it took the long way round via seven different cargo hubs and possibly a donkey, look no further than my recent adventure with Molly and Moon.
Their website proudly gives off tea‑and‑tweed, Kensington‑chic, Union‑Jack‑waving energy… but my parcel clearly came from somewhere decidedly not SW1. I’m fairly sure it was still warm from its journey across the Pacific. Honestly, I half‑expected the label to read:
“Designed in London* (*at least spiritually)”
When I finally opened it, the dress looked less “elegant evening wear” and more “Halloween costume from the clearance bin of a shop that hates you.” If fabric could sigh apologetically, this one would have.
But fear not! I thought I’d simply return it.
HAHAHAHAHA.
Silly me.
Turns out the return address is back where the dress’s spiritual home truly lies: China. And the postage cost? Let’s just say I could have flown there personally, returned it by hand, had dim sum, and still spent less.
So, in summary:
Thought I was buying from London ✅
Actually bought from overseas ✅
Dress resembled disappointment sewn together ✅
Return cost more than the item ✅✅✅
Would I order again?
Only if I lose a bet or develop a sudden interest in performance art pieces about regret.

If I could’ve given the company no stars I would have!
Delay in delivery; then when item arrived it was not as described at all, couldn’t have been further from the description. Colour and style and material awful and not as per description given. Requested return details so that could get refund. However these are not provided. Then when you contact them to get return address they have a lengthy questionnaire for you to fill in! They told me it would be at a cost to me to retain it which I knew, however they told me return cost would be £35-£65 as they are based in china!!! And not london based as you would be led to believe! I still have not got my refund and have had to contact my bank as this is total scam!

As with other reviews… poor quality - can’t get refund as it’s a china address costing huge amounts to return. They offered me a 10% refund!!! Awful customer service, I wish I’d read reviews first! Absolutely do not order from this company.

If there was an option for zero stars, this company would get it! The clothing quality is so poor it is unwearable and you are unable to return the garments without a £35-60 delivery fee!! The customer service is the most appalling I’ve ever experienced - I paid £55 for two items of clothing I can’t wear & can’t return- this shop should be closed down!!!

Do not buy from this company the clothes come from China and they do not give you refunds unless you post it back costing over the value of the item !! It’s a con donot buy

I had to put 1 star to be able to write something. I wouldn't give them a 1 star if I had my way. Appalling quality clothing in my opinion and then want a report before they'll consider you to be able to return the item AND then charge you between £35 & £65 to send it back. Do not order from them.

Dress took far longer than advertised to arrive - delivered in a very small bag. Materials was super cheap and crushed beyond belief. This is a total scam - have requested a refund if no response will contact my CC company to resolve

I didn't read the reviews before I brought my dress sadly. What i received was nothing like the dress advertised, it was cheep, out of shape, probably 6inch shorter than what was on the model. I cannot stress how awful the item was.

Unfortunately this appears to be a scam.
The website shows some really nice options and suggests the store is based in UK. It is not.
Order placed on 08 March and still not received. Contacted seller who said to wait up to 12 working days. Refund requested but refused. Now turning to my bank to try and get money back.
Avoid at all costs.

This is a scam. The shop does not exist in London. They use fake photos. The company is based in China and the items are of poor quality. Avoid at all costs

This company claims to be London based but tracking of packages show it’s coming from china. Also can not use the delivery company’s tracking as it show abnormal activity. Looks very suspect!

Was going to spend a sizeable chunk of money with this “company”, but decided to look at the reviews on their Facebook page and I’m so glad I did. This appears to be another fake company supposedly in the UK but is selling cheap tat from China. It’s a shame some of those reviewing on Facebook are not also putting reviews on here.
