I made a purchased a while ago from Molont, a double monk strap slip on sneakers Caoba brown, the show is impeccable, beautiful to looks at and on the feet also,great quality/ top upper leather and sole. The design is great and well constructed shoes. The shoe fit well like a glove, very versatile, can be dress up and down with different attairs. Shipping was very fast, same day shipping when I made my order just before noon day.Alot of detail about their shoe
is available on their website, it very had to go wrong with any of their available design. Nothing negative I have to say about their shoes because I have never had any bad experience. Planning of making another purchase soon which will be the double monk, suede version looks good on their website. Lastly what you see online is exactly what you get.

Complete rip off. Quality was terrible and I had to send them back at my cost. They now won’t reply to my emails chasing my refund.

Beware, they will not issue refundsand they dont rely at all. But its funny because the order comes out next day so they are clearly acknodleging that side to it. Ive spent approx £600 in the past with them and kept all them shoes. I wanted to try a new colour in a style i already had but they was not suitable. I submitted a refund and it says give them 3 days to get back to me .Its been over a month i have messaged there instagram, website and email address and nothing. I am now £180 out of pocket because the shoe they provided me with is smaller then what i already have so it even worse that i couldnt use them if i wanted.

I have had their small print read through i also have all have retrieved all the companies detailed which is online and available to the public. unless i get a reply by the 20/12/2024 i will be raising the case with my legal team in my company.

Ordered some shoes on the 31st May, delivered a few days later so all good to start. However, the shoes did not fit as I'd hope so followed the returns process, which was approved by Molont. Sent the shoes back tracked and I have proof of delivery with a signature, this was the 5th June. Still awaiting a refund for the £155 pair of shoes. I've emailed twice without reply. Not good enough.

Ordered a pair of shoes on the 3rd of June, next day delivery paid for too. Nothing arrived. Emailed and eventually received a reply…let’s say it completely contradicted what was promised. After a few more e mails from me still no reply as of 17th of June..I have instructed my bank to refund my money for reasons being no goods and lack of information..very poor customer services and not to be trusted…

Very poor customer service and communication. I have placed an order and not received the shoes or any correspondence after several emails chasing the order. Eventually had to cancel my order and still waiting upon a refund. Left me to think it’s a scam.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company. I wore them once and got a water mark on them. The mark has stained the leather and will not come out. The mark is so bad that the shoes cannot be worn. I contacted the company who too a week to reply and then said that the shoes were not faulty and to take them to a cobbler. Never buy from this company, very bad customer service.

Beware the wolf in sheets clothing!
This company are extremely clever. The shoes that i ordered were far too large so i enquired about sending them back (you cannot send back until they approve the request and provide the address). This took ages to get from them. No telephone number etc so it had to be done by email. Consequently i had to chase and chase for a response and eventually they gave me the address. The shoes, which were never worn by me, as i explained they were far too large, had to be sent back. You guessed it, i had to chase and chase for my refund. Then eventually they replied saying the shoes had been worn outside and yellow stains were on the soles - they also sent images! Interestingly enough, i recall the yellow stains when i opened the box but stupidly did not make a note of it but on reflection, it would have made no difference as they obviously intent on getting rid of these shoes at any expense! These yellow marks were certainly not made by me as i wore them for 1 minute on a carpet in my home and took them off since they were far too large! The long and short of it - be warned, you will not get your money back or get a replacement and, in truth, the shoes are quite inferior in quality. If you buy - you take the risk!!!
