My shirt arrived in a timely manner, but the sizing seems way off for this shirt. Someone e mailed me quickly and said I could order another size and I wouldn’t have to return the old item which I guess is ok. I would rather have a discount since the shirt on Facebook looks like it may have had a filter applied it wasn’t quite what I thought but I’d rather have a shirt that hopefully fits this time rather then the hassle of shipping back to China. Customer service is timely, but read return policy carefully if you want a full refund.

Items were very fashionable! Can’t wait to wear them.

Do not order. They don’t except returns and the pullover was a picture on website was of a Nordstrom one I wanted but it did NOT look like what was pictured on the website. Scam!!

DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY -- I COULD NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. Drop ships from CHINA - the WORST customer service possible, and if you want to return something, before it is even shipped, they will not return it, ship it to you anyway, then tell you your responsible for shipping BACK TO CHINA

I ordered two Zipper Fleece Fluffy Sherpa tops for my twenty-something daughters. They arrived and were very nice quality, however, the zipper was sewn crooked on one of the tops. I emailed a photo to customer service of the defect as well as the desire for a larger size. The small was fine for one daughter but the other needed a medium because it is too narrow. Molypretty is sending me the medium size at no additional and does not require me to return the defective item. Now that's what I call service! I found the website when a similar item I wanted on Nordstrom was sold out. I got two for the price of one compared to the one sold at Nordstrom. Win-Win!!

Don't order from them!

They won't accept returns even when the product is not what was seen on the website.... or if they do return them you have to pay for the shipping. Even after I asked to return, they wouldn't give me a address to return the items to. Also, no returns for sizing. Who doesn't take returns!

While the sizing was a bit off on some of the products, I loved everything and they were very easy to work with to get an exchange. Quick delivery.

I ordered a L, as I usually am that size, but when I received it, it was a bit small and it was a little worn out. I contacted MolyPretty and almost immediately they responded and sent me a new Sherpa Pullover without having to return the one i had! I love them!

As a first time customer, I was a little skeptical to trust this website or any website that isn’t your everyday site like Victoria’s Secret. Boy, was I wrong! I put my complete trust in ordering the sweater that I got and it came in a timely manner and in great condition. I would definitely shop at Molypretty.com again!

What is also awesome about this company is that if you are unhappy with the product you got, you can return the item for a full refund so long as you pay for the return shipping. I think that is a great option, if needed. Customer service is also on point! They reply to your questions in a timely manner!

Again overall, I would definitely purchase more items from Molypretty.com.

Purchased 3 shirts. One was not as pictured. They tried to have me pick something else rather than allowing return. Then I was told I could return it using my own postage to China even though it was their mistake or I could keep it for a 20% refund. The other two are very poor quality for the price paid. I could understand if it was actual China pricing, but this pricing is what I could pay in the US for a better quality shirt of this design. Made the mistake of using Paypal so can't file a dispute with my credit card. Sizing was smaller than described on one of the shirts. Make sure to read the charts as they vary by style. On a positive note, customer service responded within a day to my concerns and shipping time was as stated.

Molypretty has a lot of interesting and unique pieces - ones you can’t easily find anywhere else. On top of that, the customer service is very speedy. I’ve emailed questions, and have always received a response within 24 hours.

This is the most horrible company ever bought sherpas for grand daughters for Christmas it took them 7 weeks to ship.absolutely no customer service whatsoever they charged credit card and never ever answered emails. Items arrived after Christmas and would not have fit a 5yr old and my girls are 18. I tried sending back cost was 50dollars since company really in China. In addition they charged 40 dollars to ship a package with 5 dollar postage. Absolutely no help from PayPal either all reviews are not truthful. Items are pure crap

Really like the crochet bikini that I received. Customer service was very helpful in exchanging the sweater for a different size.
