Why I am deducting two stars
As a menstrual cup it's good and gets the job done, well and securely. The suction is good and there were absolutely no leaks. That being said, I have a few thoughts, 1, it is not medical grade silicone, so we don't know if it would have been approved by FDA or not. 2, it is a bit uncomfortable as even the small size is too big and the stem sticks out a little. I was previously using the fly cup, which is thinner in contrast but had a longer stem which I had to trim. It would also be more hygienic to use silk fabric for the pouch than the suede like material being used.
Ps. Price wise, it the most affordable option, so if you prefer this shape to thinner ones, and are okay with the quality of material used, go for it.

Menstrual cup is one of the best thing I have ever bought for myself. So comforting, so good. Thanks to you guys to make it this easier for us. I would highly recommend this cup in all over my friends, sisters and with my all cousins as well. The cup is so soft and comfortable. Periods was such a terrible thing for me before buying this but now I can easily exercise and do all home chores while having periods. Every girl should buy and use it for once. Y'all will be a fan of it, there's no going back for pads and all that stuff. I guarantee!! ❤️ ✅️
