Agnese is brilliant at her job - I would not hesitate to use Momo Travels again and would recommend her services to anyone. She really helped us find the perfect hotel for our break, at a great price. It was quite last-minute and all the good deals seemed to be disappearing fast, but Agnese was responsive and dynamic and worked quickly to secure a great deal at a lovely place. We had one of the best holidays we've ever had. She helped us book activities at our destination, also at a good discount, prepared all the documents we needed and checked in on us during and after our holiday. She is lovely, easy to work with, very knowledgeable and utterly professional. I will definitely book with Agnese again, hopefully for a longer, more off-the-beaten track experience to take full advantage of her expertise. Thanks Agnese!

I approached Momo travels to help with a new type of holiday that I had not done before or trusted myself to book properly.. so I reached out to Agnese. Straight away I was asked questions that would actually make a difference as to the sort of holidays I liked, where I was wanting to go, I was then Presented with some options for a location, myself and my wife who have only ever been to one location all our lives decided to go with an all inclusive to Majorca.. it was brilliant. As soon as got to the airport everything just went into place. The transfers to the hotel was all arranged, the room and hotel was amazing, massive selection of food which was great, transfer back was on time and stress free and when I panicked at the airport on the way back due to not knowing where I was going the staff helped and told me exactly where to go. I’m so happy we got back yesterday and already engaged with Agnese again for the next two breaks next year!!

I love working with Agnese for my trips. From the moment I mention I have a holiday to book she’s on the case, proactive, suggests great ideas, and takes the time to find you options when as we all know life gets busy! Nothing is too much trouble. Thanks Agnese, look forward to the next trip!

We recently used Agnes at Momo Travels when booking our holiday to Halkidiki, after we explained what we were looking for, she found us a fantastic hotel that really suited us, got us a great price and also booked a return taxi transfer to and from the airport.
Agnes was really nice and friendly, explaining the booking process, and once booked, sending over all the relevant documents etc. the transfer was waiting for us to exactly where we expected and was very good, and when we arrived at the hotel we were so impressed. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Momo, 10/10!

We have now made two different booking with Momo Travels. Because Agnese organised everything so perfectly the first time. Our hotel in Cyprus was perfect for our family get away. Hotel on the beach and only a short journey into town and busy nightlife.

Our trip to Istanbul and the Aegean went very smoothly. We particularly enjoyed the hotel in Istanbul and the boat trip on the Bosphorus. The guided tours of Aphrodisias and Ephesus were stunning. Thank you MOMO Travels for a most enjoyable and well organised holiday.

We had a fantastic experience booking our trip through Momo Travels. Agnese organised everything perfectly for me and my partner, from Thursday to Sunday at Disneyland Paris.

We stayed at the Disneyland Hotel in a deluxe room with breakfast included, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is right at the entrance of the park, which made everything incredibly convenient. We also enjoyed access to the spa, swimming pool, Turkish steam bath, and sauna—such a relaxing bonus after long days in the park.

Our package included park access to both Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park for the entire stay, which made the experience seamless and stress-free. Breakfast was also a highlight, with Disney characters attending—it felt really special.

Agnese took care of everything, including setting up priority restaurant reservations through the Disneyland Paris app, which made dining during our stay smooth and easy.

Overall, it was an amazing trip with outstanding service. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Momo Travels!

Booked a Finland trip through Momo Travels. Dog sledding, skiing, snowmobiling, hunting for the Northern Lights. It delivered on all of it.

You come home and immediately start boring everyone you know with stories about it.

Finland in winter is something else. Properly cold, properly dark, properly beautiful. Not a lot of mobile signal. Genuinely restful.

But the reason I'm writing this is Agnese. She runs Momo Travels and it shows, this isn't a faceless agency where you're just a booking reference. Near the end of the trip we mentioned, almost as an afterthought, that we hadn't got round to the fat biking.

She went and got us a refund. No fuss. Didn't ask us first. Just did it and dropped us a message to say it was sorted.
That's not customer service. That's someone who actually cares about the people she's sending on holiday.

Agnese did a fantastic job planning our two-month career break trip across Asia. We wanted to mix volunteering with proper downtime and some travel, and she somehow managed to pull everything together perfectly for us and all with less than two months’ notice. Her advice on how to split our time and budget across the different destinations was spot on, and she checked in throughout the trip, always ready to help if anything came up.

What really stood out, though, is how genuinely curious she is about the places her clients visit. She loves hearing real feedback and uses it to deepen her knowledge of destinations around the world. It made the whole planning process feel collaborative and personal, rather than transactional.

Agnese planned our 3-week holiday to Bali, the Gili Islands, Lombok, and Singapore for our family of 4. She took so much time tailoring the trip to our needs and made multiple changes and adjustments before we left.

Our itinerary started off in the picturesque Ubud, then in North Bali to admire the Figi and Sekumpul waterfalls. We visited the primary school in Sudaji and dressed up in fancy sarong to participate in the local temple ceremony. After that we went to Kintamani, where we trekked up Mount Batur and watched the sunrise from the top of the volcano. Agnese recommended the best fast boat company to cross over from Bali to the Gili islands (you could see why other people had bad experiences with other ferry companies). In Gili Meno we had the best time on the paradise beach and even tried scuba diving for the 1st time with our girls aged 10 and 8, they loved swimming with the sea turtles! In Lombok we relaxed in a boutique resort and finally ended our holiday with a few days in Singapore.
The accommodations she handpicked were always perfect for us and reasonably priced.

Even while we were away in the middle of August, Agnese was always there if we needed her. When one of our accommodations was cancelled at the last minute, she sorted it out straightaway so we didn’t have to stress.

We had the best holiday and always felt safe, knowing Agnese had our backs. We’ll definitely book with Momo Travels again!

Agnese was super helpful, both in terms of the initial inspiration and conception of our trip, and then in the practical organisation; both in advance and right up to the sailing date!

We are already planning our next trip with Momo, and will do so with complete confidence!
