Me and other mom to be women in a space created by Shirin and her team! Yoga, healthy food, clean air, nature, rest, energy exchanging, smiles, love, passion, self compassion! I have prepared my self emotionally for meeting my baby! Spiritually. Full. Complete.

The Mom’s Retreat was absolutely incredible and created long-lasting memories I’ll treasure. Shirin knows exactly what women need during this wonderful time and brings such care, quality, and intention to every detail. She’s an absolute perfectionist when it comes to planning and execution, everything was seamless. A beautiful, nourishing experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I returned from Mom'z retreat just over a week ago and still feeling the withdrawal symptoms... the retreat offered a great combination of activities from physical, intellectual, spiritual and social realms - all that done with love, care and attention to detail from its creators. I had been following this group since months before I was pregnant, and I knew it would be a non-negotiable for me - and it didn’t disappoint at all!

From the first email from the team, to answering every question in time and efficient manner, the information we received to prepare us for the trip, was seamless, high quality and a delight.

The curated group of people who attended the retreat I know I’ll keep in touch with, to all the activities that have been so thoughtfully planned and executed, to the delicious meals - can’t say enough about the healthy and delicious meals that we were fed multiple times a day throughout the retreat!

The venue also was so so beautiful, I couldn’t take enough photos to capture the atmosphere.

Honest review from someone who had doubts too

I’ll be honest, I was hesitant at first. None of my friends had ever been to this retreat. A few had seen the Mom’z Instagram page, but that was it - no first-hand stories, no one to ask. I felt drawn to go, but traveling alone to a place I couldn’t verify 100% felt risky. So I did what I could: I checked the organizers, looked into the details, and took a leap of faith.

And I’m so glad I did.

What I found was a real, well-run, caring experience. Everything was organized with integrity and heart. I came back safe, supported, and full of joy - physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

I haven’t even had my first baby yet, and I’m already thinking about the next one… just so I have a reason to come back again.

Thank you, Momz team. This was such a wonderful retreat, and I cried when I returned home. If I get pregnant again, count me in 1000%! 💕

Spending five days on retreat in Portugal with Mom’z was everything I needed. These days were deeply relaxing, nourishing, and filled with calm. I felt held and supported in every way, from the peaceful setting to the beautiful practices we shared.
What made it even more special were the incredible women I met, each one inspiring, open-hearted, and strong. Sharing this time with them created a sense of sisterhood I’ll always cherish.

There aren't really words to summarise the spiritual and mental change I've felt these past 4 days. I came to this retreat somewhat in denial about labour and I leave excited by the challenge, empowered to take on the adventure, and with a heart full of love for my mom'z sisters and all the mothers that came before me.

I am better rested and better fed and better mentally than I've been in months. I will recommend this experience far and wide.

This experience gave me the reassurance and peace of mind I was seeking. It helped me connect with others, feel more like myself again and feel more at ease about my fears around delivery and becoming a mom.

The planned activities made it easy to open up and get to know everyone. The visualization sessions and yoga practices were especially meaningful to me—and I especially loved the final outdoor yoga session. I still find myself going back to that peaceful place in my mind.

This was such a beautiful, connecting, restoring, empowering and heart-warming experience that truly felt made and led with the heart.

The most incredibly safe and fun atmosphere surrounded by other women in the same stage of life, eating the most nutritious and plentiful food and learning the most beautiful practices that return the natural & transformative element to labour and becoming a mother.

This retreat was exactly what my soul needed. A peaceful, nourishing sanctuary where I could pause, reconnect, and truly prepare for motherhood.

The stunning and tranquil venue helped us disconnect from the outside world and fully focus on ourselves and our babies.

Every detail felt intentional, infused with love, care, and thoughtfulness. It aligned perfectly with what I had hoped for: rest, renewal, and a deep sense of support.

I recently signed up to go on their solo babymoon retreat but did so a little late and was unable to find proper flights (which I should have checked before putting my deposit down). I had to email them and let them know this was the case. I fully expected not to get my refund back considering I missed the full refund and even partial refund period. They let me know that if they could find a replacement, I would be good to go! Later that day, luckily, another mama booked and I got my full refund back (Woohoo!!!!). I am very happy with my experience and they were communicative the whole time. I even had a great informational call about the retreat with Maria. Thank you Momz.eu! I will definitely try and schedule another retreat when I have my second little bean :)

What made the retreat even more special was the incredible company. Sharing this journey with other expectant mothers was heartwarming and uplifting. Going on the momz retreat was the best decision ever! It was way more than I expected it to be. The organisation, the mental and physical support, the schedule, the food, the venue, the environment: everything was a 10/10. I recommend this to every pregnant woman. You deserve this get-away.

What an experience! After 5 days of retreat, I feel so redresses and ready to actually start enjoying my pregnancy. I arrived in this experience with a lot of fears and left with so much energy and empowerment to make decisions for my pregnancy, the birth and my future child. This retreat was full of joy, surprises and relaxed time. I recommend all moms to be to participe in mom’z retreat!

This is what every pregnant woman or mama schould do!! Rest, mindful, fun... I am carying my third baby and learned things I never knew. This wassssss everything. YOU DESERVE IT
