Bought a Stihl battery grass strimmer - was assisted by David - he never got tiered answering all my detailed questions and options I would have - outstanding customer care performance - this will not be my last visit.

I got the Anker 400 watt solar panel from them.
Ordered on Friday delivery on the Monday.
Can not find fault with them.

Why I am not surprised that’s you try and put in onto the customer. When the truth and lack of service is pointed out to you !
The call back from you on 3 days later, you telling me you were out of the country when your worker told me you were on a call in the office beside him , tells us the the lies again !
And then to ring me when you’re going into a funeral for a half arsed call to your customer. Finished by you saying I have to run into a funeral and would call back at 12.45 !! And then hang up !
Yet again .. no call back !! Am I surprised.
No . Shows no customer care at all !
I think Monaghan hire really need to look at how they look after customers!

I had a very positive experience of buying an Anker C1000 power station. Purchased in January 2025, following extensive internet research and then very helpful discussion prior to purchase with Paul, who gave excellent sensible advice. Price was good with nationally available prices. Prompt delivery and worked brilliantly through the power cuts with Storm Eowyn. I had further excellent support with a few queries, and am very satisfied with this company and their staff - especially Paul (I have no links ). Very highly recommended.

I purchased a Legacy Self Propelled lawnmower. Best price in Ireland. Ordered it on a Monday evening and it was delivered on Wednesday fully assembled. Excellent mower for the price. Fast, friendly service. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a bosch garden waste shredder that was in stock, but it wasnt. Communication was reasonable and the item arrived when they said but was later than i needed.
Ring and ask before to see items in stock. Otherwise all good.

Ordered an item. Didn’t receive it. Was told a week later it was out of stock. Cancelled the order and was told they had refunded the money, but haven’t received the refund.

I hope people read this , they close off goole reviews , I wonder why , They why is because they price most items at over 300% more than any others . If you are purchasinfg something look further in the internet , for instance they are looking nearly 160 euros when the real retail price shuld be 65 euros to 75 euros , ANY ONE THAT CLOSE OF ANY KIND OF REVIEWS , RUN RUN TOO THE HILLS . Please run from peoplelike this 159euros for something that sells for 65 euros same amp same battery , no excuse
