No refund.
Absolutely disgraceful. Would not give me a refund because I removed links to try the watch on correctly and it was hanging off me. I sent the watch back with the links in. The box.
The watch felt thin and ‘tinny’ felt so cheap. Would not recommend this brand atall. Shower of shit.

To clarify, our returns policy, outlined clearly on our website and within the manual included with every watch, states that we’re unable to accept returns if the protective plastic coverings have been removed or if the bracelet links have been removed. This is because once these changes are made, the watch is no longer in its original, re-sellable condition.
We do understand the importance of checking the fit and it is possible to try the watch on with the protective seals still in place, as they are designed to allow for this. This helps ensure customers can assess sizing without affecting eligibility for a return. Our team always aims to be as transparent as possible with these policies to avoid any confusion.

Best value for money.....
Whilst searching images for a light blue dial watch to add to my collection I came across Monch Time master. It looked stunning but I'd never heard of the brand. After a deep dive review I looked at their collection & was torn between the master & a royal blue capture. Long story short, 3 days later my light blue master arrived & I'm thrilled with it. It's beautiful & finished to a very high standard. At this price point it's a bargain. So much so that within a week, I ordered the capture. So now I'm twice as happy. Not to mention they have a 3 year guarantee.
