Why my money is hold ? I still not received any reply no one taking any responsibility and money is on stake and hold by you.
My trading account (ID: 24978554) has been disabled, and my money ($1492.68) is on hold. I am very worried because this is a big amount for me.
I have contacted support many times, but I am not receiving any response. This is very frustrating and stressful.

Profits Voided - URN STL282715-1
Moneta Markets voided $4,995.90 of my profits from a legitimate breakout trade (UID 282715). They cited "Clause 1.3" but refused to provide any technical data or price logs to prove a "gap" occurred. I have already filed formal complaints with the FSRA (Saint Lucia) and the FSCA (South Africa).

SCAM ALERT: Moneta Markets Blocks Withdrawals and Ghosting Clients After Profits
I am writing this to warn all traders to stay away from Moneta Markets. They are an unethical broker that will do everything in their power to prevent you from withdrawing your hard-earned profits.
Here is a summary of my experience:
Withdrawal Menu Blocked: As soon as I made significant profits, my withdrawal access was suddenly locked. They intentionally disable the withdrawal function on the dashboard without any valid explanation.
Psychological Harassment: It feels like they are deliberately delaying and complicating the process to trigger emotional stress. Their goal is clearly to disrupt your trading psychology, hoping you will make mistakes and lose your balance back to them.
Useless Support: Their live chat is a dead end. They provide scripted answers and keep redirecting me to email tradinginquiry at monetamarkets.com, claiming they cannot help directly.
No Email Response: Despite multiple follow-ups to their "trading inquiry" team, they have completely ghosted me. There is zero communication and no intention of releasing my funds.
Verdict:
Moneta Markets is a "trap" broker. They love your deposits, but they will freeze your account the moment you become a profitable trader. Do not trust them with your capital or your mental health. STAY AWAY!

I opened an account with Moneta Markets…
Dear Moneta Markets Support Team,
I opened an account with Moneta Markets and deposited funds. After trading, I made some profit and successfully withdrew $1000. The following day, I submitted another withdrawal request for $500, but it was rejected.
Shortly after that, I suddenly lost access to my account and I am no longer able to log in. My MT5 account number is 23781450.
I have not received any explanation from the company regarding why my withdrawal request was rejected or why my account access has been blocked.
This situation is very concerning, as I still have funds in my account and I cannot access them. I kindly request a clear explanation and immediate assistance so that I can regain access to my account and withdraw my remaining funds.
