Moneypenny has become an important extension of the Different Straights Team. From day one, the customer service has been impeccable and I would not change any of it. I use their 24/7 receptionist and webchat services. My experience of their competitors in comparison to Moneypenny is that Moneypenny completely dominates their industry and I have not found another company that provides such a service to the level that I receive.
The rapport that I have with the Team, the speed of the actioning of any requests and the complete seamlessness of how they deliver such professional and high quality interactions with my clients, prospective clients and vendors alike is incredible. They are a key part of fostering positive relationships with my clients and I have confidence in knowing that they retain, if not improve, my brand reputation.
