The process of topping up my loan with MoneyPlace was seamless. From the time I made an enquiry through to the settlement, the customer service I received was outstanding. Also very pleased to receive a refund for a payment I made the same day settlement took place. I didn't have to contact anyone about the refund, it just appeared in my account.
