Been using monoply casino a couple weeks now, the sports etc are great (odds are not the best) but other then that theres plenty of markets etc to chose on, app is easy to navigate & withdrawals are paid out instantly. However, the casino is possibly the worst ive played online. I must have wagered around £230 the other night doing £1 spins & i got 1 scatter which i won £5.60 on. Shocking rtp rate.. i will be continuing to use bookie for the sports but will be avoiding the casino going forward.

Firstly, good luck ever winning a ‘promotion’. The Box Bonanza’s are a complete con when you receive 63p or 29p. They says it’s random, but it’s consistently bad.

The daily free games used to be really good and now it’s horrendous. I play decent money each month and don’t even get £1.

I’ve been a member for 5+ years and it’s the worst is ever been. The same goes for Virgin Games and the others under the Gamesys banner.

Casino fine, there's loads similar but usually the support is what makes a huge difference so this is my review. Tried to re-enable, got 3 options i can open over the phone from the same parent company and when I did open them individually this one failed with no option yo contest it even though i got approved. Bad.

Monopoly casino is a Useless casino. Games overhere are rigged. In blackjack games the dealer wins 99% of the time. Even whenever I got 20 in blackjack, the dealer always got Blackjack and won. Save your money and dont bet at this cheating and rigged casino where players always lose.

I think they are a 100% cheat. I normally always lose and I understand that gambling is a gamble so I'm 100% okay with losing my money. But on the three occasions that I would have actually walked away a winner the system just so happened to freeze and when I went back to the game to finish where I left off and collect my winnings it completely voided that round. I literally sent them about 35 emails and nobody ever gets back to me so as a mock I sent them a random email telling them that I wanted to deposit $1,000 and was inquiring on my options they immediately got back to me and it was actually a live person and not a AI automatic message. Do not deposit your money with that casino.
If they happen to make my last clean right I will 100% come back on this review and apologize but I do not think they're going to because the other two claims were completely ignored for months

just like Bally‘s they suck deposits are quick and easy but of course withdrawals take absolutely too long when places like DraftKings and Golden Nugget but MGM withdrawals literally take 30 seconds. I loved playing monopoly. I had great wins and also great loses too, but I enjoyed the random jackpots that were pretty frequent. It was great, I play daily. But then it changed. I'd get requests for documents. Demands to call and talk to them. Conversations that took 45 mins or more. Demands to set limits on my spending. Then the real doozy, I've just spent 3 months, during which time my account was suspended while they asked me for bank statements after bank statements. Breakdowns on monies, where it came from, who it came from. Why did I get this money or that money. Demanded to see my husbands bank accounts. Then Demanded to talk to a third party, namely my husband. They wanted tax records. It was endless but when they wanted to talk to a third party about my playing an online casino app, I decided regardless of how much I had enjoyed their app, they had gone to far. 3 months I jumped through hoop after hoop. So I said 'no' and of course they then closed my account and said it would remain closed unless i adhered to their last request. But each week I got a new request for more information so I knew even after talking to the third party it might not be all over. And someone had to call an end to the relentless intrusion into my financials. If like me you are a gambler, and I am, I lived in the USA where we had at least 6 casinos within an hour or less drive away. So I've never denied I'm a gambler. But I keep a separate bank account for my gambling. I dont access our household account or our savings accounts to play. But monopoly were just never happy. Terrible, terrible....would love to see these sites get charged for illegal gambling...fraud site..took my money luckily only $25 then I could'nt play the games , it would not work. So I thought I d withdraw my $25. well besides jumping through hoops to satisfy there pathetic verification process I ve done what's been asked and here 10 days later, no return of my $25 deposit. If you have pending withdrawals they will not allow you to deposit more money from your bank account. It's shady how they do it because I use ACH it allows me to go in to make a deposit but then somehow they have a hold or a stop on me depositing shady place do not use them.

I set up an account and sent a $50 deposit. None of the games would let me in to play. When I tried the help it kept saying technology issues. I just asked for my deposit back that I sent etransfer and to close the account. We'll in order to get deposit back they want photo ID back and front. They want a selfie. Im not putting my info out there for $50. Its not like I won a big jackpot its just a refund. This online casino is shit. Dont even bother.
