Bad user experience.

I would like to share the history of using this hosting provider. The domain was purchased, the payment went through, but it is still being processed. Support is not responding. 2 tickets were created. In general, I do not recommend this service if you want fast and reliable operation of your platforms.

Not Suggested For Cryptocurrency Users

If you're going to pay with cryptocurrency, I definitely don't recommend it. They use regulations as an excuse to deny service and claim they can't issue refunds because the payment was made with cryptocurrency. After for a long ticket dialog they have refunded my cryptocurrency in 2 parts after 24 hours.

Paid for an Upgrade, Got a Renewal, Then Support Denied Their Own Written Admission

y experience with MonoVM has been deeply disappointing and feels deceptive. I tried to perform a simple, standard action: upgrading my 512MB VPS to a 1GB plan via their client area. This led to a frustrating loop of incompetence and denial.

Here is what happened:
1. I initiated the upgrade. The system generated an invoice (#1401109) for the prorated difference, which I paid immediately.
2. The payment was mistakenly applied as a future renewal, not an immediate upgrade. My server's resources never changed.
3. I contacted support. Their own AI system confirmed in writing that this was a mistake on their end and promised it would be corrected. I have a screenshot of this admission.
4. After waiting, I followed up with a human agent ("Denisa H."). In a shocking response, she completely denied any error, claimed the invoice was always for a renewal, and stated that their own AI's response was "not affiliated" with their services. I have a screenshot of this complete denial as well.

This experience prompted me to look at their other reviews, and I urge everyone to do the same. Have you noticed the suspicious pattern? The reviews are almost all either perfect 5-stars or terrible 1-stars.

Doesn't it make you wonder why there is no middle ground? It suggests a possibility that the perfect reviews might be artificial, while the 1-star reviews—from users like me who encounter a real problem—reflect the true, frustrating reality of their support.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever, i paid to buy one domain its been 6 hours and there is no reply and the domain is literally still available to register on other providers, tried to reach them on telegram and their admin didn’t even help, opened a ticket but no reply as usual, they provide fake info, prices, reviews also they don’t have live support

Zero support, dashboard is goofy, questionable security, missinformative

MonoVM's hosting solution is rather fast, and is good for what it is. CPU is rather fast with high network speed, low I/O latency, reliable, tons of server locations, they allow bitcoin payments.

You'll be paying 20 usd a month for a single core, 2 GB ram machine, which is very much on the expensive side in the hosting market.
Network is NOT unlimited as advertised, it is actually just 12 TB.
Upon starting your server, the dashboard really much wants to use their HTML VNC dashboard to control the server. If you want to enable SSH login, you'll need to click on the goofy dashboard, and do some restarting trickery. It is has login by key, but also password login enabled (which is a HUGE nono security-wise!)

I understand that many of the reviews here are upset people not to be taken too serious. But is that a legit reason to mislead the 4.5 Trustpilot score on your front page? Perhaps they would have given a 2 or a 3 star if they were a bit more patient and honest.
"200K happy customers", where is that source from?

Lastly, support seem to be a ghost town.

Spammers and scammers

I had never even heard of this company until I received an email today welcoming me as a new member of their platform and providing a link to complete setting up ,y account. Having looked them up, they do not provide any services of interest to me. The email was pure spam hoping to hook me in. Tough! You'll have to get up a lot earlier in the morning to try and pull the wool over my eyes. And now that I know the dishonest methods you operate by, you would be the last company I'd choose.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

This is easily the worst experience you would have. Asked for some specific services, it took a long time to have it ready, after that asked for extra IPs as I was promised DHCP(I was scammed here), they gave me extra IPs outside my subnet. These did not even work as were not configured properly. YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT A DAY OR TWO FOR EVERY REQUEST YOU HAVE FOR YOUR SERVICE. CHAT SUPPORT THAT IS SUPPOSED TO ANSWER FAST NEVER DOES, AND WHEN IT DOES IT JUST ASKS YOU TO OPEN A TICKET. I AM WARNING YOU, DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO BUY FROM THEM. IT WILL BE A PAIN. YOU WILL PAY FULL PRICE AND RECEIVE NOT EVEN 50% OF WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH DOMAIN…

I've never experienced anything like this. 1 week to approve the domain..... and over 1 month and still they haven't redirected my domain to another link!!!!

SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE!!!! they tell you to open tickets and no one will get back to you with a solution!!

AVOID AT ALL COST, unless you want to have a headacher

Worst experience with Monovm

You can't run a VPS service without downtime since they suspend frequently claiming there's an attack on the server eventhough there's legitimate transactions. Now they terminated account because we didn't respond to their response which ridiculous.

Be aware, they are scammers!

Be aware, is a scam 100%, I bought 2 random domains for my students group to test a react application and for all 2 domains, they just keep taking money and not releasing service, very very disappointed with them, they lost 1 whole month just to make fun. Btw that is my name " User-132104 "

Worst Provider Ever


I made the payment for the invoice on March 15th, but they neglected to acknowledge it. Shockingly, without any prior notice, they proceeded to wipe out all the data from my websites on their server. When I reached out to inquire about this, they claimed to have received the payment only on the 19th. I requested proof of this transaction, but they failed to provide any screenshots. Instead, they have been evading my queries for the past 10 days, offering no resolution. Consequently, I suffered losses both in terms of data and money. Their lack of understanding of the issue and their disregard for customers is evident.

I strongly advise you not to buy any service

Please dont waste your money

Please dont waste your money. its the worst RDP provider i ever tried i cant even log back in my account where i purchased rdp. i use password chain from apple so i know the issue is not on my side . Plus the RDP I purchased was shared with some since some one delete my files. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST
